Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately level the height of a reel base holding member with a simple constitution without using a clamping member for leveling the height and to evade backlash in the height direction. SOLUTION: In the recording and reproducing device such as a VCR device, etc., capable of changing a space between two reel bases 1 and 2 by a reel base moving mechanism 43 and selectively mounting large and small different sized tape cassettes on the reel bases 1 and 2, to the reel base holding member 26, a fulcrum shaft 24 is fixed to be a turning fulcrum as a height leveling means of the reel base holding member 26 for supporting the reel bases 1 and 2, and is rotatably supported by a mechanical chassis 3. Then, a fitting seat 32 of a height leveling pin 31 of the cassette supported by the reel base holding member 26 is brought into slide contact with the surface of the mechanical chassis as a height leveling member, and the reel base holding member is energized to be pulled to the side of the mechanical chassis by a leaf spring member 37 via the fulcrum shaft 24, thus the height of the reel base holding member as against the mechanism chassis is leveled.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the recording and reproducing device equipped with a cas sette holder capable of easily ejecting a small cassette without shortening the depth of the cassette holder and also without detriment to a holding function for a large cassette even in the case where a difference between large and small cassettes in size is remarkably different. CONSTITUTION: The cassette holder is provided with a roller mechanism having rollers 26a and 27a capable of freely rotating forward and backward and bringing the upper surface of a tape cassette case into pressurized contact with the cassette holder. Then, the roller mechanism is capable of an operation of drawing and loading the tape cassette inserted from a cassette inserting hole 5 into the cassette holder in a standby position and an operation of ejecting out the tape cassette loaded in the cassette holder 7 in the standby position from the cassette inserting hole 5.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To apply adequate torque on reel base and to miniaturize the device which permits use of large and small tape cassettes and operates the reel base with existing motors by providing the gear of the device with a brake mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation fulcrum gear 17 on a tape supply side is freely rotatably born coaxially with a fulcrum shaft 5 on a mechanical deck section 4 and is meshed with a gear 11 on the reel base 7. The lower part of the gear 17 is provided with a brake drum 19 of the diameter smaller than the diameter of the gear. A brake and 32, fixed at one end of the mechanical deck part and at the other end to a bearing shaft 28 of a tension regulator arm 27, is brought into pressurized contact with the brake drum 19 of the gear 17. The tape T is brought into elastic contact with a tension regulator pin 29 of the arm 27 and the tension thereon is controlled by turning of the arm 27 and pressurized contact of the band 32 and the drum 19. The size, weight and cost of the device and reduced by the mechanism of adequately adjusting the rotation torque applied on the steel base 7, 8 in such a manner.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction or damage of a mechanism by making the position of the back end of a cassette at the time of starting to pull-in the cassette become constant independent of the kind of cassettes when the cassette in different size are inserted. CONSTITUTION:When the small cassette 33 is inserted to a cassette holder 10 from a cassette inserting window 8 of an outside case member 9, the cassette 33 is never brought into contact with a cassette detecting lever 27 since the horizontal width of the cassette is narrow. Therefore, a switch 29 for detecting cassette size does not perform the changeover operation. The cassette 33 is further inserted, and at the time when the back end 33a of cassette is attained to the position almost coincident with that of the cassette inserting window 8, a lever 30 for detecting cassette insertion is operated for turning by the cassette holder 10 to changeover a switch 32 for detecting cassette insertion. At this time point, the insertion of the small cassette is discriminated. Next, when the large cassette 34 is inserted, the switch 29 is changed over by the lever 27, therefore, the insertion of the large cassette is detected.

PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of tape guides relative to a rotary head drum by pressing the tape guides or one part of guide bases against a circumferential surface of the rotary head drum and positioning the tape guides upon completion of moving forward. CONSTITUTION:The tape guides 2 and 4 are moved forward along base guide grooves 6 and 7, catching a tape to be drawn out so as to wind the tape around the circumferential surface of the rotary head drum 10. Then, upon arrival at a winding completion position, i.e. a forward moving completion position, the tape guides 2 and 4 are pressed against the rotary head drum 10 to be locked under the decisive state of its relative position against the rotary head drum 10. By this method, the positioning accuracy of the tape guides 2 and 4 relative to the rotary head drum 10 is improved.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive the miniaturization of a video camera and to improve the convenience of use by arranging a cassette holder to the lower side of a head drum and loading a tape cassette to the cassette holder from an opposite side to a cassette cover so as to direct the cassette cover upward. CONSTITUTION:The cassette loading part is arranged to the lower side in a cabinet 10 and the cassette holder 14 holding the tape cassette 15 is moved to the side of the cabinet 10 to load/unload the tape cassette 15. Then the cassette cover 16 is directed upward and the tape cassette 15 is loaded to the cassette holder 14 from the opposite part to the cassette cover 16 downward. Thus, a head drum 12 is arranged at the upper side in the cabinet 10 and the cassette holder 14 is arranged to the lower side respectively and the falling of the cassette 15 in the case of ejection is prevented.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a skin region by reducing influences caused by an external light source.SOLUTION: An LED 21aand an LED 21airradiate a subject with light of a first wavelength, and an LED 21band an LED 21birradiate the subject with light of a second wavelength. A camera 62 produces a first image on the basis of reflection light, from the subject, which is made incident while the subject is being irradiated with the light of the first wavelength, produces a second image on the basis of reflection light, from the subject, which is made incident while the subject is being irradiated with the light of the second wavelength, and produces an external light image on the basis of reflection light, from the subject, which is made incident while the subject is being irradiated with neither the light of the first wavelength nor the light of the second wavelength. An information processor 63 detects a skin region indicating a skin portion of the subject on the basis of a pixel value of the first image, a pixel value of the second image and a pixel value of the external light image. The present invention may be applicable to, for example, a detection device which detects a skin region of a subject from an image.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device or the like for preventing operation unintended by a user. SOLUTION: When the user starts to press a button 11 provided in the input device 1, input of an operation signal is started (Fig.10(A)). When the input of the operation signal is started, an MPU 19 generates a determination command (Fig.10(B)). The MPU calculates a speed value on the basis of a detection signal from a sensor unit 17, and calculates a sensitivity change value on the basis of the speed value. The MPU 19 transmits information on the sensitivity change value to a controller 40 within a sensitivity change period (Fig.10(C)). Thereby, because movement of a pointer 2 can be restrained within the sensitivity change period after the generation of the determination command, the operation unintended by the user can be prevented such as non-execution of processing intended by the user on a screen 3 when the determination command is generated. The processing can be also applied to a gesture input device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, a control apparatus, and a control method for the input device, allowing reduction of power consumption. SOLUTION: The control apparatus 40 includes an MPU (Micro Processing Unit) 35 for deciding a mode of a transition destination of this input device 1 based on a table wherein an icon 4A or 4B selected by a user, and the transition destination of the input device 1 when the icon 4A or 4B is selected are associated. The control apparatus 40 includes a transmitter/receiver 38 for transmitting a mode change command 400 to the input device 1 based on a decision result thereof. As a result, the control apparatus 40 transmits the mode change command 400 to the input device 1 according to the selected icon 4B. The input device 1 receives the mode change command 400, changes over between a free mode and a non-free mode such that the mode corresponds to a display screen 3C or the like displayed on a display device 5, and turns off at least a switch 51 of an angular velocity sensor unit 15. Thereby, the power consumption of the input device 1 can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
