    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of sagging of edge by fixing a work onto a work holder, forming a barrier so as to protect side end surfaces of the work, and injecting the solid two-phase flow of the powder and granular material and the gas from a cross direction or oblique direction in relation to the work. SOLUTION: A work 11 is fixed to a surface of a work holder 50 through a peeling sheet 51. A barrier 52 is formed in the periphery of the work 11. Injection of the powder and granular material to the work 11 by a nozzle 12 is performed from a cross direction or an oblique direction in relation to the surface of the work 11. With this structure, abrasion due to the blow-back of the air when the nozzle 12 is deviated from a position over the work 11 can be prevented by the barrier 52. Consequently, side end surfaces of the work 11 can be protected by the barrier 52, and the side end surfaces of the work 11 is formed with a sharp edge without receiving the injection machining. Generation of sagging of edge can be thereby prevented.

The high pressure air 22 is inclined at a constant angle to the axis O-O of the gas passage 18 and jetted from the direction focused on a position out of the axis O-O. The high pressure air 22 is therefore provided with a vector element in the direction along the axis O-O and a vector element in the direction intersecting the gas passage 18, so that the high pressure air 22 is provided with turning performance into the direction of arrow marks from the place of fitting the inner peripheral surface of a hole 13 and flows in the gas passage 18. The high pressure air 22' thus becomes vortex flow. This vortex flow 22' is accelerated by the taper part 13b of the hole 13 and flows in the downstream side of a pipe part 4, which results in the generation of negative pressure on the upstream side.
