Furthermore, a scale is provided on the test pattern L and plural auxiliary patterns G are drawn in parallel with the test pattern L. The horizontal direction contour characteristics is evaluated by matching the focus of the image pickup device with the index P.

CONSTITUTION:A grindstone 1 is brought into contact with the surface of a flat type enamel wire 31 stretched between moving and standing blocks 3a, 3b by proper tension so that the flat type enamel wire 31 is deflected slightly, and the insulating film of the flat type enamel wire 31 is peeled by the rotary motion of the grindstone 1 and reciprocating motion in the axial direction of the grindstone as required. Accord-to the method, melting refuse and combustion refuse do not adhere, thus mounting and fixing a coil such a tap-less coil to a printed board under a stable state without being disturbed by these melting refuse and combustion refuse.

Thereby, a shaft 19 and the chuck jig 29 are excited and the hub 5 is attrached to the chuck jig 29 (B). The chuck 2 rises while attracting the MO disc 3 and thereafter, an arm 21 is rotated and the MO disc 3 is carried out to the outside of an inspection driver (C).

Moreover, an end face of the ribbon 2 after being cut is rounded by an amount of the groove 2d. Since the cutting process and the treating process for the groove 2d are conducted simultaneously, the end face of the ribbon 2 is prevented from sharply projecting in this magnetic scale.
