    Abstract: A bootstrap circuit for switching power supplies (SMPS), a switching power supply including a bootstrap circuit, and an integrated circuit of a switching power supply, are provided. The bootstrap circuit ( 13 ) for switching power supplies includes a first supply voltage (Vin) coming from a first terminal and a second supply voltage (Vcc) coming from a second terminal and a third terminal ( 30 ). The bootstrap circuit includes: a first current path between the first terminal and the third terminal ( 30 ); a second current path between the first terminal and the second terminal; a third current path between the second terminal and the third terminal ( 30 ); and a two-way voltage regulator (M 3 , Dz 2 , R 5 , R 6 ) placed along the second current path.

    Abstract: A device is provided for the correction of the power factor in forced switching power supplies. The device includes a converter, and a first control circuit coupled with the converter so as to obtain a regulated voltage on the output terminal from an alternating network input voltage. The converter includes a power transistor, and the first control circuit is suitable for driving the power transistor in every switching cycle comprising the turn-on time and the turn-off time of the power transistor. The device for the correction of the power factor further includes a second control circuit coupled to the first control circuit and capable of modulating the turn-off time of the power transistor.

    Abstract: Eine Steuervorrichtung zum Steuern eines Schaltwandlers weist eine Schaltsteuereinrichtung auf, die ein Steuersignal mit einer Schaltperiode zum Steuern des Schaltens eines Schalters des Schaltwandlers und Einstellen eines ersten Zeitintervalls, in dem ein Induktorstrom in dem Schalter fließt, eines zweiten Zeitintervalls, in dem Energie an ein Speicherelement des Schaltwandlers übertragen wird, und eines dritten Wartezeitintervalls am Ende des zweiten Zeitintervalls erzeugt. Die Dauer des ersten Intervalls wird auf Grundlage einer Steuerspannung bestimmt, die die Ausgangsspannung anzeigt. Eine Vorverzerrungsstufe empfängt die Steuerspannung und erzeugt eine vorverzerrte Steuerspannung als eine Funktion der Steuerspannung und einer Beziehung zwischen einem des ersten und des dritten Zeitintervalls und der Schaltperiode, wobei die Schaltsteuereinrichtung dafür konfiguriert ist, eine Dauer des ersten Zeitintervalls auf Grundlage der vorverzerrten Steuerspannung zu steuern.
