Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a thermoplastic resin film with both excellent wear resistance and travelling characteristics by incorporating a fine org. particle with a specified structure in a thermoplastic resin film. CONSTITUTION:This thermoplastic resin film contains 0.001-5wt.% fine org. particle with a semi-IPN(semi-interpenetrating polymer network) structure and a mean particle diameter of 0.01-3mum. Said IPN means a structure wherein a crosslinked polymer component is entangled in a non-crosslinked polymer component. As the non-crosslinked polymer component in said org. fine particle, polysulfone compd., polyamide compd., polyether ether ketone compd. and polyester compd. are cited and the polysulfone compd. is especially pref. In addition, as the crosslinked polymer component in the fine org. particle, epoxy resin compd., melamine resin compd. and phenol resin compd. are cited and the epoxy resin compd. is especially pref.
