    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an easily adhesive polyester film which is excellent in both of an easily adhesive property and a blocking resistance and suitable for magnetic recording materials and others as audio, video, a floppy disk, etc. CONSTITUTION:An easily adhesive polyester film is obtained wherein a water soluble copolymer polyester composed of a specific quantity of aromatic dicarboxylic acid component, ester forming sulfonate alkali metal compound and glycol component, which is total glycol component copolymerized with 5 to 90mol% of a bis-phenol derivative, is laminated on, at least, one side surface of polyester film as the easily adhesive layer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic recording medium excellent in rust preventing property and durability by applying a coating agent consisting of high molecular compd. containing phosphate group on a high molecular base substance of a magnetic recording medium provided with metal thin film magnetic body layer on a high molecular base substance. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of films such as polyester or polyamid are used as a high molecular base substance, by the polyester film is preferable from the stand-point of price and performances. Metal thin film magnetic layer is provided on this high molecular base substance, and a coating agent consisting of high molecular compd. containing phosphate group is applied on the high molecular base substance. Thus, metal thin film type magnetic recording medium excellent both in rust preventing property and durability and, also, excellent in easily sliding property, smoothness, easily adhesive ability, resistance to guiding, traveling property, electromagnetic conversion characteristics is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent film cutoff and improve capacitor characteristics, by slitting a wide metallized film by using a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene terephthalate film is prepared, and aluminum is vacuum deposited on the whole part of a single surface by a continuously taking-up system vacuum deposition machine. The obtained metallized film is slitted and once reeled up. Eight nonmetallized belts are formed on the metallized surface of the running metallized lamination film by using YAG laser, thus obtaining a metallized lamination film reel provided with margins. Two of the metallized lamination film reels provided with margins are made a couple, and a metallized film wound body having eight capacitance generating nucleuses in the width direction is obtained by using an equipment.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance pinhole resistance, the adhesion strength of a deposited film and soldering resistance by forming a polyester film from 1,4- polycyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate and specifying the thickness of a polyolefin support film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film is constituted by laminating a polyester film having a thickness of 0.2-1.5mum to the single surface or both surfaces of a polyolefin support film and the polyester film is composed of 1, 4- polycyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate and the thickness of the polyethylene support film is set to a range of 5-100 times that of the polyester film. Further, the polyolefin film is a non-oriented, uniaxially oriented or biaxially oriented film composed of a polymer or copolymer of olefin and, as polyolefin, a propylene copolymer having an m.p. of 100-150 deg.C is especially pref. This laminated film can be used in a dielectric for a condenser or a thermal transfer ribbon.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adhesion to adhere to a surface hardening layer as a covering matter and to an adhesive layer, and improve durability by forming a laminated film mainly out of a polyester resin and a melamine crosslinking agent and adding a carboxylic acid and/or its salt to the side chain of the polyester resin. SOLUTION: A protective film having high surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and excellent durability can be manufactured in such a manner that a laminated film consisting of a polyester resin having a carboxylic acid and/or its salt as a side chain and a melamine crosslinking agent is provided on both faces of a biaxially oriented polyester film and a surface hardening layer consisting of an active hardening matter is provided on one face. To a face opposite to the face having the surface hardening layer of the protective film, a metal as an opposite material is stuck through an adhesive, thereby it comes to have excellent adhesion to be adhered to each interface, high surface hardness, and excellent wear resistance. At the same time, durabilities of the surface hardening layer and an adhesive layer become excellent.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt removal of problems such as dust, spark discharge, etc., by a method wherein a laminated film charged voltage in friction of a laminated surface of a coating having a polyester composition as a main body on one side of a base material with a polyethylene terephthalate biaxially oriented film is made a specific value to reduce charge in a coating process. SOLUTION: For a laminated film wherein a coating having a polyester composition as a main body is laminated on at least one side of a polyester film base material, charge voltage of the laminated film in friction of the laminated surface of the coating with a polyethylene terephthalate biaxially oriented film is made over 0kvV-under 8kV. Therefore, process charge in post processings such as coating, printing, laminating, etc., can be reduced, and its easily adherent property and blocking resistance under a high temperature and a high humidity can be improved.
