Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight so as to smoothly achieve the work by one person, to prevent the plastic deformation of an outer skin layer of a panel, and to improve the heat insulation characteristic by forming at least one skin layer of a fiber reinforced resin out of the skin layers on both sides of a sandwich panel. SOLUTION: In a roll box pallet which can be assembled in a box shape by a sandwich panel comprising an outer skin layer 13, an inner skin layer 14 and a core 16, the outer skin layer 13 is formed of an FRP reinforced by a carbon fiber higher in rigidity than the inner skin layer 14, and the inner skin layer 14 is formed of a glass fiber reinforced resin. The core 16 is formed of a foam resin in which a foaming resin is foamed with the expansion ratio of 10-14 times, preferably 15-30 times from the viewpoint of the rigidity, the heat insulation characteristic and the formability of the molding. The weight is considerably reduced compared with a metal pallet, and little dent or deformation is generated even when the pallet is collided with an obstacle, and a high cold insulation performance can be demonstrated.

After the entirety is covered with a bag base material 6, an interior covered with the material 6 is evacuated in vacuum, resin is poured to diffuse the surface direction of the medium 4, and impregnated with the material 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a fiber-reinforced plastic structure by cutting out a recess engaged with a part extended parallel to a fiber-reinforced plastic plate of a reinforcing member at least at one surface of an end of a core material, and integrally forming the plastic plate and the member, the core material with resin. SOLUTION: A core material 22 is disposed in a mold 21. And, reinforcing fiber base materials 23 are disposed on at least both surfaces. And, cutout recesses 26 are formed on bot sides of the material 22, and a reinforcing fiber base material 27 for forming a reinforcing member for a U-shaped sectional rib is disposed in the recess 26. An upper surface side of the material 23 is evacuated therein in a vacuum state by sucking by a vacuum pump 30. Then, a valve 31 is opened, and a liquid-like resin 32 is cast in a mold 21 held in vacuum. The cast resin is gradually impregnated in a thickness direction of the material 23. At this time, the rib and a cap are integrally molded simultaneously, Thus, a fiber-reinforced plastic(FRP) structure can be easily and inexpensively manufactured by a one-shot molding.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prevent a void or recess by constituting a mold so that the mold for molding relatively moves in a heating area, and moving the mold from one end to the other of the area while continuously injecting monomer to sequentially polymerize the monomer. SOLUTION: A ball screw 5b is rotated to insert a mold 2 into a heater 6, and a bottom 1b is opposed to an injection end of a monomer injection tube 7. Then, temperature of the mold 2 is measured, a current value of an induction heater 5a is set, and the mold 2 is moved down at a constant speed. Here, monomer mixed with polymerization promoter in advance is started to be continuously supplied from monomer injection tubes 7b, 7c to the mold 2 while agitating it by a mixer 7a. The monomer continuously supplied into the mold 2 is sequentially started to be polymerized from its lower part from a time point of passing a bottom 2a through a sheathed heater 6b. Substantially simultaneously at the time of passing an upper end opening of the mold 2 via the injection end of the tube 7, the injection of the monomer is stopped. At the time point of arriving the mold 2 at a lowermost point, the polymerization is completed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an IC chip from peeling from a substrate film or being disabled, by using an IC sealing frame having at least specified modulus of longitudinal elasticity. SOLUTION: An IC sealing frame 1 is made of FRP including reinforcing fibers 2 extending along the frame and a resin matrix 3. The frame 1 has a modulus of longitudinal elasticity at least 80GPa and size of 5-20mm long, 5-20mm wide and 0.2-1.5mm thick, depending on the size of used IC chip. The reinforcing fibers are high-strength and high-elastic modulus ones e.g. C fibers, an the matrix is a thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin or thermoplastic resin such as nylon resin. Thus, the IC chip in an IC card hardly peels from a substrate film or malfunctions or is disabled due to a large bending stress.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject apparatus which can open fiber bundles in thin and uniform web with no occurrence of fluffing with a low tension by allowing a plurality of sharp points (or intermeshing wire teeth) arranged in the transverse direction to that of the fiber bundle running to go into the fiber bundles as the interval between the sharp points is expanded and conveying the opened web. The interval L between the driving sprockets 3 and 4 is made longer than that 1 between the free sprockets 7 and 8 and the chains 1 and 2 are circulated at the same speed as that of the fiber bundle. Sharp points A go into a plurality of fiber bundles continuously fed to open the bundles into single filaments apart from each other. This process is useful for production of nonwoven fabric or prepreg sheets.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain highly accurate screw processing and to prevent strength deterioration of a pipe or a solid shaft by integrally providing a metal pipe so as to cover a specific range of the outer circumference of the pipe or the solid shaft made of a fiber reinforced metal composite material. SOLUTION: A solid shaft 1 is manufactured by storing a reinforcing fiber aggregation in a die, injecting a matrix metal melted therein and applying pressure on it, A metal pipe 2, whose diameter is enlarged a little by heating it is inserted into a small diameter portion 1a of the solid shaft 1. The heating conditions of the metal pipe 2 at this occasion is to set the temperature lower than the matrix metal melting point. A hybrid composite material thus manufactured has the metal pipe 2 integralled on the end surface of the solid shaft 1, therefore, when screw processing is required, screw processing can be directly worked on the metal pipe 2 which makes it possible to attain a highly accurate screw processing without deteriorating strength of the solid shaft 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To attain the compatibility of the excellent coating film grade of a sheet substrate rotating method with the excellent coating liquid utilization efficiency and productivity of a linear coating application method by setting a stage for forming coating films on substrates by using a linear coating application method and a stage for forming the thinner coating films by rotating the substrates. CONSTITUTION: Materials 1 to be coated, such as glass substrates, are attracted and fixed onto a transporting stage 2 of a die coater 30. At this time, the transporting stage 2 is engaged at its central part with a ball screw 16 and is made movable laterally by a motor 15. On the other hand, the coating liquid is supplied from a coating liquid tank 3 through a supply piping 4 to a die head 6 by a fixed delivery pump 5. The materials 1 which are to be coated and on which the prescribed film thicknesses are formed in the first stage are transferred and transported by one sheet each onto a rotary stage 10 of a spin coater 9 by a transfer robot B. The materials 1 to be coated are thereafter rotated and the coating films 7 temporarily formed on the materials 1 to be coated are diffused radially and made uniform by centrifugal force.
