    Abstract: PURPOSE:To generate the required temperature distribution at the time of heating by changing the filling quantity of carbon fibers or changing the types of the matrix carbon in the thickness direction or in the preset direction on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A larger current flows in a heater as the filling quantity of carbon fibers is increased. If the type of matrix carbon differs, the current value is changed. Heaters 1a and 1b with different patterns or alignment states of carbon fibers of different types of the matrix carbon are used, a region where the current easily flows and a region where the current hardly flows are properly distributed in the thickness direction or in the preset direction on the surface. The required temperature distribution can be thereby applied, or it can be eliminated on the contrary.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight so as to smoothly achieve the work by one person, to prevent the plastic deformation of an outer skin layer of a panel, and to improve the heat insulation characteristic by forming at least one skin layer of a fiber reinforced resin out of the skin layers on both sides of a sandwich panel. SOLUTION: In a roll box pallet which can be assembled in a box shape by a sandwich panel comprising an outer skin layer 13, an inner skin layer 14 and a core 16, the outer skin layer 13 is formed of an FRP reinforced by a carbon fiber higher in rigidity than the inner skin layer 14, and the inner skin layer 14 is formed of a glass fiber reinforced resin. The core 16 is formed of a foam resin in which a foaming resin is foamed with the expansion ratio of 10-14 times, preferably 15-30 times from the viewpoint of the rigidity, the heat insulation characteristic and the formability of the molding. The weight is considerably reduced compared with a metal pallet, and little dent or deformation is generated even when the pallet is collided with an obstacle, and a high cold insulation performance can be demonstrated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase apparent surface hardness, and to improve the scarring resistance of the surface of a molded form while enhancing the handling properties of the molded form by forming a satin-shaped irregular pattern on the surface of a fiber-reinforced resin preferably used for molding parts for an X-ray projection equipment. CONSTITUTION:In a fiber-reinforced resin molding, carbon fiber cloth layers 1 impregnated with a thermo-setting resin such as epoxy are laminated on both surfaces of a foamed resin layer 3, and resin layers 2 shaped by the lixiviation of the thermo-setting resin in the carbon fiber cloth layers 1 are formed onto the surfaces of the carbon fiber cloth layers 1. In such a fiber- reinforced resin molding, fine satin-shaped irregular patterns 4 formed by peeling embossed release paper are shaped onto the surface of the resin layers 2. Accordingly, apparent surface hardness is increased, and scarring resistance is improved without deteriorating X-ray transmission while a surface friction coefficient is augmented and the handling properties of the molded form are enhanced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a composite material having high volume fraction of fibers and high strength by clamping laminated fibers body having fibers laminated in multiple directions, with porous plates in high pressure, inserting and fixing reinforcing fibers into the laminated fiber body, impregnating uncured matrix and curing. CONSTITUTION: Fabrics of the reinforcing fiber and/or laminated fiber body 3 obtained by regularly laminating uniaxially oriented prepreg in multiple directions are clamped with the porous plates 1, 2. Needles 8 installed with the reinforcing fibers 9 are inserted into the laminated fiber body 3 through holes 6, 7. The reinforcing fibers are inserted and fixed while holding the laminated fiber body clamped under high pressure by a high-pressure press machine. Uncured matrix is impregnated into the laminated fiber body, the matrix is cured by heating or cooling, and then the clamping under pressure is released.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion on the heating surface and obtain a heater with large mechanical strength and good workability by making the alignment pattern of carbon fibers viewed from the vertical direction to the heating surface equal between portions at any portion of the heating surface. CONSTITUTION:A carbonizable material is impregnated in a circular fabric of carbon fibers stacked for artificial isotropy or an unwoven mat of one- direction aligned materials or carbon fibers, and it is baked to form a planar heater 1. When the fabric or the like of carbon fibers corresponding to the shape of the heater 1 is used, carbon fibers have the same alignment at any portion when viewed from the vertical direction to the heater 1, the heat quan tity is made equal. The dispersion of the heating surface is small, the heater with large mechanical strength and various shapes is obtained.
