PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell inspecting method allowing easy inspection of characteristics. SOLUTION: The method of inspecting a direct methanol fuel cell generator comprising N electromotive part units each having an anode electrode containing an anode catalyst layer, a cathode electrode containing a cathode catalyst layer and an electrolyte arranged between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode for generating electric power by supplying a methanol water solution to the anode electrode and oxidant gas to the cathode electrode, comprises inspecting a finite current density I (mA/cm 2 ) loaded on the plurality of randomly serial electromotive parts of the fuel cell generator during electric power generation while measuring a hourly variation in voltage V of one electromotive part produced by causing a current density change of ΔI or -ΔI (mA/cm 2 ) satisfied with 0.2≤ΔI≤5 for a period of time Δt (sec) satisfied with 10-5≤Δt≤0.5. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system, capable of increasing output when the initial alcohol concentration of an alcohol-containing aqueous solution inside a container is increased. SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation system is equipped with a power generation part; a container 10; an anode passage 9; an alcohol-containing aqueous solution recovering mechanism recovering the excess amount of it of the alcohol-containing aqueous solution supplied to the anode passage 9; and a flow rate control means controlling alcohol-containing aqueous solution supply amount Jm (mL/min) from the container 10, according to the alcohol concentration of the alcohol-containing aqueous solution inside the container, estimated from data recorded as a change with the passage of time by corresponding load current to the operation time, and (1) to (3) of formula 1 is satisfied.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell that can maintain a fixed composition of fuel supplied to a fuel electrode via a simple structure and can suppress power density reduction with progress of power generation, in a fuel cell where fuel including two or more types of liquid is supplied to a fuel electrode in a gaseous or a liquid state. SOLUTION: The fuel cell, which comprises a unit cell including the fuel electrode 1, in which fuel including a first liquid and a second liquid of different types, is used in a gaseous or liquid state and which includes a catalyst layer 5, and an oxidizer electrode 2, comprises a fuel supply means 11 where first supply passages 12a and 12b for supplying the first liquid to the unit cell and a second supply passage 15 for supplying the second liquid to the unit cell are formed, on a side facing the fuel electrode, and satisfies the expression (1): 0.14≤(d/L)≤12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emitting cold cathode device which can have a broader range of choice of usable materials than conventional ones, enhance the efficiency and uniformity of field emission and the uniformity of energy, and excels in mass-productivity. SOLUTION: AlGaAs layers 102 and GaAs layers 103 are stacked alternately, and a metal (Al) film 104 is formed over one of the cross sections of the layers to form a contact and a substrate. A GaAs high-doped layer 105 is formed at each end, and electrodes are formed on both sides of the layer 105 by vapor deposition of metal (Al) 106.
