Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent burning by intercepting a main bearing side space and a swing scroll member swing space by means of a thrust bearing, making the swing space of low pressure or of middle pressure, and floating the swing scroll member. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 51 is provided between the penetration hole 19 of a block 18 and the upper end portion of a main shaft portion 10d at the drive shaft 10 of a motor 8, and a high pressure chamber 60 to be formed at the upper portion of a sealed case 6 and an upper end side space 72 formed at the upper end portion of a main bearing 20 are intercepted pressurewise. Also, a step portion is formed between the main shaft portion 10d and an eccentric shaft 10e, and between it and a step portion formed at the block 18, a thrust bearing 50 is interveniently provided. As a result, a space between a lower end side space (a main bearing side space) 70 formed at the lower end portion of the main bearing 20 and a swing space 71 where a swing scroll member 26 swings is intercepted pressurewise, and by making this swing space 71 of middle pressure or of low pressure, back pressure to be added to the swing scroll member 26 is reduced, and force to be added to a butting slide portion is restrained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To seal the high pressure side and low pressure side by interposing a thrust bearing between a driving shaft and a block and reduce sliding resistance and power loss so as to reduce thrust load by setting the inner diameter of the thrust bearing to be approximately equal to the outer diameter of an oscillating shaft. CONSTITUTION:In order to hold the driving shaft of a motor, a thrust bearing besides a main bearing 20 is interposed between the driving shaft 10 and a block 18. The thrust bearing seals a space between a high pressure space 41 and a low pressure space 42 as well as receiving thrust. In this case, the inner diameter of the thrust bearing is made small so as to be approximatey equal to the outer diameter of an oscillating shaft 21 decentered from the axis of the driving shaft 10. Sliding resistance and power loss are thereby reduced. In order to mount the thrust bearing 37 into a specified position, the thrust bearing 37 is provided with a small diameter part 43 formed with its outer diameter made smaller than the diameter of the oscillating shaft 21. The thrust bearing 37 having passed the oscillating shaft 21 is thereby moved onto the axis side of the driving shaft 10 and mounted into the specified position.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease a load on a thrust bearing positioned between an oscillating scroll member and a driving shaft by attaching the rotor of a driving motor in a closed case through a process of being moved to the thrust bearing side in relation to a stator, and energizing the rotor to the anti-thrust side. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 11 is rotatably held by a drive holding member 14 in a closed case 6 through a bearing 15 and also rotatably held by a block 18 fixed on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical member 3 by a main bearing 20. A thrust bearing 37 is interposed between a driving shaft 10 and the block 18, and a fixed scroll member 22 and an oscillating scroll member 23 are arranged below the bearing 37. A high pressure chamber 34 in which an electric motor 8 is arranged includes high pressure, and the lower end part of the driving shaft 10 is exposed to low pressure, thereby thrust load is applied to the thrust bearing 37 side. The rotor 11 is attached on the thrust bearing side in relation to a stator 13, thereby the rotor 11 is energized to the anti-thrust bearing side by magnetic force, so that the thrust load may be decreased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the reduction in weight and cost of a compressor, and prevent the seizure of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A second thrust bearing 5 is arranged between a stepped part formed by reducing the diameter of a driving shaft 10 by a prescribed value and a stepped part formed on a block 18 on the lower side of a main bearing 20, so that an oscillating scroll member 26 can be protected from the force adding to the axial lower part of the driving shaft 10. Since the upper part of the main bearing 20 is blocked by a seal member 51, and the lower part is blocked by a second thrust bearing 50, the pressure of the main bearing 20 part can be kept at high pressure, and also reduced on the upper stream side of the first thrust bearing by a lubricating oil throttle mechanism downsteam of the main bearing 20, the back surface pressure of the oscillating scroll member 26 can be set to a low pressure or middle pressure. Thus, the oscillating scroll member 26 can be prevented from being pressed onto a fixed scroll member 24.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain thermal affection to a scroll part and ensure airtight and pressure resisting properties by forming the scroll part, a tubular member and bottom body member of a case such that position to which the scroll part and tubular member of a case are fixed are deviated by a predetermined interval from positions to which the bottom body member and tubular member of the case are welded fixedly. CONSTITUTION:A scroll compressor 1 has a case formed of a lid body member 3 and bottom body member 4 respectively fitted in both upper and lower openings of a tubular member 2. A motor 6 as a driving means and a scroll part 16 driven by the motor to compress gas of refrigerant or the like are received in the case. The scroll part 16 is composed of a block 13, movable scroll member 20, shim plate 21 and fixed scroll member 22. Thus, positions to which the scroll part 16 and tubular member 2 are fixed are formed to be deviated by a predetermined gap from positions to which the bottom body member 4 and tubular member 2 are fixedly welded.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an axial swash plate type variable displacement pump which can simultaneously improve suction ability and reduce surface pressure between a cylinder block and a valve plate by adopting simple structure. CONSTITUTION:This pump is provided with a cylinder block 4 rotating together with a rotary shaft 3 and a valve plate 7 opposite to a cylinder block end face on a side opposite to a swash plate 6, and a circular suction port 70 and a discharge port 71 are separately and symmetrically formed near the center of the above valve plate 7. On the other hand, the cylinder block 4 is provided with an oblique oil path 41 extending from each cylinder hole bottom corner toward the domains of the suction port 70 and of the discharge port 71. In addition to that, each cylinder hole 40 of the cylinder block 4 is severally provided with an oil leading hole 42 which is drilled in parallel to the rotary shaft 3 apart from the oblique oil path 41 for leading pressure oil in the cylinder hole 40 toward the valve plate 7 on a side nearer to an outer diameter than the suction port 70 and the discharge port 71.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the assembly cost by installing a hollow part having a prescribed space in eccentricity, inside the large diameter part of a driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:The edge part on the upper edge side of a driving shaft 8 is formed to a large diameter, and a cylindrical hollow part 8b is formed in the large diameter part 8a. The center O2 of the hollow part 8b is set so as to be eccentric by a prescribed diatance epsilon from the center O1 of the driving shaft 8. Accordingly, the need of installing a balance weight at the edge part on the upper edge side of the driving shaft 8 is obviated, and the number of parts can be reduced, and the labor for installing the balance weight can be reduced. Accordingly, cost can be reduced.
