Abstract: A scroll compressor reduces the load applied to the thrust bearing, to prevent a thrust bearing from seizing and to improve the service life of the thrust bearing. It comprises an electric motor that is provided within a high pressure space inside a sealed case with a stator fixed within the sealed case and a rotor fixed to a drive shaft. An oscillating shaft is decentered on and extends from the drive shaft. An oscillating scroll member has an insertion hole into which the oscillating shaft is inserted. A fixed scroll member forms a compression space by fitting into the oscillating scroll member, and a block secures the fixed scroll member inside the sealed case and clamps the oscillating scroll member so that it can oscillate freely between the block and the fixed scroll member. The thrust bearing is provided between the drive shaft and the block to hold the lower end of the drive shaft so that it can rotate freely. The internal diameter of the thrust bearing is approximately equal to the external diameter of the oscillating shaft. As a result, the sliding contact surface at the thrust bearing can be reduced to an absolute minimum so that friction at the thrust bearing is reduced, thereby achieving the aforementioned objectives of reducing the load applied to the thrust bearing, preventing the thrust bearing from seizing and improving the service life of the thrust bearing.

Abstract: In order to provide a simple structure to achieve sufficient lubrication and sealing in the various areas of a scroll compressor where sliding contact occurs, a spiral groove that communicates between a high-pressure side space and an area at an upper portion of a main bearing is formed on the external circumferential surface of the drive shaft where it comes in contact with and slides against the main bearing. A seal bearing is provided in a drive shaft-receiving block between the high-pressure side space and a low pressure side space to seal off the high-pressure side space from the low pressure side space. An oil supply hole is provided that communicates between the high-pressure side space and an oscillation space which is formed by an oscillating scroll member and an oscillating shaft. With this, a first oil passage that lubricates the main bearing and a second oil passage that lubricates an oscillating shaft-insertion hole are formed. A seal washer, the surface of which is polished to a specific roughness, is provided between the seal bearing and the drive shaft and, in addition, an elastic member is provided between the seal bearing and the block.

Abstract: The invention relates to a spiral compressor (1) with a pressure-tight housing (6), an electric motor (8) arranged in the high-pressure area and having a drive shaft (10), an oscillation shaft (21) forming an eccentric extension of the drive shaft (10), an oscillating spiral element (23) having a location bore (23a) for the oscillation shaft (21), a fixed spiral element (22) forming a compression space (28) by interlocking with the oscillating spiral element (23), and a bottom bearing block (18) guiding the oscillating spiral element (23) and holding the fixed spiral element (22), an axial bearing (37) being arranged between the bottom end of the drive shaft (10) and the bottom bearing block (18). According to the invention, the spiral compressor (1) is further developed by the inside diameter of the axial bearing (37) approximately corresponding to the outside diameter of the oscillation shaft (21), which leads to the axial bearing (37) with an inside diameter reduced in this way having a prolonged service life.

Abstract: To reduce a load applied to the thrust bearing, to prevent the thrust bearing from seizing and to improve the service life of the thrust bearing, the thrust bearing is provided between a drive shaft and a block to seal a high-pressure side space from a low-pressure side space. By providing an oil supply through hole, one end of which opens into high-pressure side space and the other end of which opens into a space formed by inserting the shaft into the insertion hole, high-pressure lubricating oil can be supplied to the space. The constric within the shaft with the effect of the constriction clearance is formed between the aforementioned oscillating shaft and the insertion hole, and a pressure differential between the two ends of the drive shaft is eliminated. Furthermore, by forming a circular oil groove at a sliding surface where the aforementioned thrust bearing and the drive shaft are in contact with each other and communicating channels that communicate between the circular oil groove and an external circumferential area of the aforementioned thrust bearing, the high-pressure lubricating oil is induced to the circular oil groove and the communicating channels to apply an upward force to the drive shaft.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the seizure of a sliding portion by forming an oil path on a fitting recessed portion with which a connection inserting portion of a movable scroll member at one end of a driving shaft is fitted, and forming a passage for returning the oil of the oil passage to an oil reservoir separately from an oil supply passage formed on the movable scroll member. SOLUTION: In a scroll fluid machine 1, the oil in an oil reservoir 41 is supplied to a radial bearing 11 and a thrust bearing 44 through an oil hole 43 of a large diameter port 8a of a driving shaft. A fitting recessed portion 8b is formed in the large diameter portion 8a, and the connection inserting portion 21a of a movable scroll member 21 is inserted into this fitting recessed portion 8b through a radial bearing 22. On this occasion, an oil hole 43 which is branched from the fitting recessed portion 8b for supplying the oil to the radial bearings 11, 22 and the thrust bearing 44 is formed, and an oil passage 45 for returning the oil of the oil hole 43 into an oil reservoir 42 is formed separately from an oil supply passage formed on the movable scroll member 21. Whereby the sealability of each compression chamber can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lubricity of a sliding portion of both scroll members by providing a movable scroll member with an radial oil supply passage at one side, communicating a point of this oil supply path with a coolant gas suction port of a compression chamber, and communicating the other end of the same with an oil pass. SOLUTION: In a scroll fluid machine 1, a fitting recessed portion 8b is formed in a large diameter portion 8a of an upper end side of a driving shaft 8, and a connection insertion portion 21a of a movable scroll member 21 is inserted into this fitting recessed portion 8b through a radial bearing 22. On this occasion, the movable scroll member 21 is provided with a radial oil supply passage 47 at one side thereof, a point of this oil supply passage 47 is communicated with a coolant gas suction port of a compression chamber formed by both scroll members 21, 27, and the other end is opened from the connection inserting portion 21a to the fitting gap 9 to be communicated with an oil passage 40. By supplying the oil to a suction pressure chamber 28 separately from the oil for lubricating a bearing portion, the sealability in each compression chamber can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a piping part, and to prevent the uneven abrasion of a contact part, by comprising an oil supply means on one edge of a drive shaft, and locating one edge fixed to a bush, of the piping part for communicating an oil inlet space and an oil tank, and the other edge side comprising a weight, on a vertical line. SOLUTION: The coolant compressed in a compression chamber 82, is discharged to a discharge space 90 through a discharge hole 83. Further the oil is sucked from an oil tank 91 through a piping part 106 in a sucking process of an oil pump 110. When the scroll-type compressor 1 is installed in an inclined condition, the oil in the oil tank 91 is moved, but the weight part 107 is moved so that it is vertically positioned at all times, thereby the oil inlet port 109 formed on the weight part 107 can be opened in the oil tank 91 at all times. Further the weight part 107 is positioned vertically to a bush 104, the weight of the weight part 107 is uniformly applied to the bush 104, thereby the piping part 106 can be smoothly rotated.

In a vertical fixing part 51 at the erecting peripheral edge, a circular arc side 53 is formed, welding is performed along the circular arc side 53, a welding part 7 is formed and the mounting bracket 5 is fixed to the cover parts 3, 4. By this circular arc welding part 7, rigidity for force of lateral direction and longitudinal direction applied to the mounting bracket 5 is improved.
