Abstract:
A breast massage device includes a main body; a drive unit installed within the main body; and a massage disk mounted on the main body and coupled with the drive unit so as to be driven rotatably thereby. The massage disk has a central axis, a concave surface for covering a breast, and a periphery confining the concave surface, wherein the periphery has a highest point and a lowest point located at two opposite sides of the central axis such that a portion of the concave surface extending from the highest point toward the central axis is longer in curved distance than another portion of the concave surface extending from the lowest point to the central axis. A plurality of massage elements are mounted rotatably on the concave surface such that the massage elements are rotatable relative to the concave surface when the drive unit is activated.
Abstract:
A thermal body-care element includes a container having at least one thermally conductive surface enclosing an electric heater in thermal contact with a thermal energy storage medium comprising a phase change storage medium and an electrical connection for selective coupling to an external electrical power source. The external electrical power source is external to the thermal body-care element. A method of applying heat to a skin surface of a human or animal is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A foot treating apparatus comprising a basin that is adapted for accepting and containing bathing water and is shaped and arranged to accommodate two human feet within the bathing water. A steam generator is included and adapted to accept and contain steamable water, to convert the steamable water into steam, and to direct the steam through a steam vent disposed above the bathing water and at one or both of the soles of those feet when the feet are removed from the bathing water. Dry massage means, heating means, vibration, and aeration are also provided.
Abstract:
A massage bead structure with heat application effect, more especially a press bead disposed with a vibrating wave-making massage apparatus for heat application, mainly has a semi-circular bead formed by a round canopy case body embedded with a vibrating wave generator therein and clamped outwardly with a heating piece composed by a ceramic-made electric resistance of positive temperature coefficient; the entire structure is inserted and connected to a leather mat plane in the shape of a fabric piece and formed into a plurality of beads arranged in rows; the heat wave produced from the said heat generator and transmitted through the round canopy case body is capable of synchronously massaging and being applied to the acupoint portion to obtain the complementary effect of physical therapy.
Abstract:
A soaking basin is provided having a magnetic jet assembly positioned to provide a therapeutic liquid circulation within the basin. The magnetic jet includes an impeller assembly and a drive assembly. The impeller assembly operatively coupled to the magnetic drive assembly only via magnetic attraction, such that a basin wall and a disposable liner are disposed between the impeller assembly and the magnetic drive assembly.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a massage control system for a vehicle comprising an input for receiving an instruction for control of a massage parameter to a massaging element of the vehicle. The massage control system comprises a monitoring module arranged to monitor the instruction received by the input over time to determine a massage usage trend. The massage control system comprises a control module arranged to receive the massage usage trend and output a massage parameter demand to the massaging element based on the massage usage trend.
Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus for examining and curing urinary incontinence and exercising the pelvic floor muscles and vaginal muscles using bio-feedback including a controller main body, a probe (1000), and a bio-feedback device. The probe includes: an insert frame (1000) extending in a longitudinal direction thereof; an insert expansion part (2000) surrounding adjacent to a front end of the insert frame (1000) and expandable therearound; an air supply path (3000) connected to the interior of the insert expansion part (2000) to supply air; a handle (4000) engaged with the insert frame (1000); a fixing means (5000) for fixing the insert expansion part (2000) to the insert frame (1000) or the handle (4000); a valve installed at the air supply path (3000); and a PTC ceramic heater (1600) and a vibration motor (1700) installed at the insert frame (1000). An elastic member (2200) includes a magnet (1800), an insertion depth adjustment part (4700), and leg support parts (4800) installed at the insertion depth adjustment part (4700). The bio-feedback device includes a sound generating means (7000), and an image display means (8000). The main body includes a controller (9000) for controlling each component, a motorized air pump, an air flow detection sensor, a pressure detection sensor, a spring air cylinder, a solenoid air injection valve, an air tank, etc. Therefore, it is possible for a user to readily perform examination and treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle (vagina muscle) reinforcement exercise using bio-feedback.
Abstract:
A handheld device for application to a skin surface of a human or animal includes a housing arranged and configured for gripping by a human hand, a body-care surface operatively connected to the housing arranged and configured to transfer heat and motion to the skin surface, a motion-generating system contained within the housing, and a heat-generating element thermally coupled to the body-care surface. The motion-generating system includes a motor operatively coupled to the body-care surface to impart motion thereto and electrically coupled to an internal electric power source contained within the housing. The heat-generating element includes a container having at least one thermally conductive surface enclosing an electric heater in thermal contact with a thermal energy storage medium and an electrical connection for selective coupling to an external electrical power source.
