Abstract:
A guiding system for a sliding door, especially a motor vehicle, comprising a sliding rail (5) with an upper cover (6) and a lower edge (7) arranged opposite the upper cover (6), and a roller element (101) which is guided in the sliding rail (5) and comprises a roller element housing (102) is presented. Three rollers (103, 104) are rotatably fixed to the roller element housing (102), two rollers (103) extending along the upper cover (6) of the sliding rail (5) and the third roller (104) extending along the lower edge (7). The invention creates one such guiding system in such a way that there is no play, it operates quietly, and has a taut system characteristic. To this end, a spring element (109) is fixed to the roller element housing (102), said spring element pressing on of the first two roller (103) and the third roller (104) against the sliding rail (5).
Abstract:
A slider (10) is provided for use with an elongated channel (12) having a pair of spaced apart side walls (14, 16) interconnected by a base wall (18) and an upper wall (20, 22) projecting from each side wall spaced from and generally parallel to the base wall. The slider has a body portion (30) defined by a top surface (32), bottom surface (34) and plurality of side surfaces (36) interconnecting the top and bottom surfaces. The slider also has a plurality of axial slots (42) extending between the top and bottom surfaces adjacent each side surface and a plurality of lateral slots (52) extending between each of the side surfaces and the respective axial slot (42) for allowing the side surface to flex and bias the slider between the side walls of the channel (12). The slider (10) further has a plurality of raised ridges (44) projecting from each of the top and bottom surfaces for flexing and biasing the slider between the upper walls and the base wall of the channel. Finally, the slider includes a plurality of semi-spherical embosses (48) extending from the top and bottom surfaces for slidably engaging and guiding the slider between the upper walls and the base wall within the channel (12).
Abstract:
A support slide for window regulators of motor vehicles comprises a body formed, in a single piece of molded plastic material, by a plate portion and a lateral appendage. The plate portion constitutes a fixed jaw of a clamp for tightening a lower edge of a sliding window pane, and the lateral appendage has a sliding channel adapted to receive a guide rail. A movable jaw of the clamp cooperates with the fixed jaw to clamp the lower edge of the window pane. The shank of a screw for tightening the clamp is equipped with a spacer which is contained in a through-hole of the fixed jaw and which projects from the hole at least on the face of the plate portion which is turned towards the movable jaw to constitute an annular abutment surface.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a window regulator comprising a guide rail having a slideway of L-section and a window-bearing slider in which is made a notch adapted to allow fit of the slideway. The notch is defined by walls of which zones are in sliding abutment on the adjacent guiding faces of the slideway. The zones of abutment of the slider are formed by regular surfaces with generatrix parallel to the direction of displacement of the slider.
Abstract:
A sliding member for a window regulator having a substantially vertical guide rail lip channel cross sectional shape. The sliding member is capable of sliding internally of the guide rail. A carrier plate has a shaft to support the sliding member and fixedly supports a window pane. The sliding member has a rigid body with guided surfaces facing to the guide rail and has protrusions made of elastic material which slidably contact the guide rail. The protrusions are located on a part of the guided surfaces of the sliding member. The sliding member minimizes pivotal instability of the carrier plate during sliding movement of the window pane.
Abstract:
The suspended travel device for panels includes traveling rails, crossing rails provided where the traveling rails cross each other (in a cross-like manner), and suspended vehicles suspended from these rails and adapted to travel and turn along the rails. The crossing rail is equipped with wheel bottom walls arranged substantially at the same height as wheel bottom surfaces of traveling rail, reception wheels arranged in a direction inclined with respect to the traveling direction of a vehicle body and vehicle bases adapted to rotatably support the reception wheels.
Abstract:
A guide rail for a window regulator which is light in weight and is high in rigidity, being formed from a hoop plate and having a double-bending portion which is raised at almost right angle with the hoop plate and in the longitudinal direction of the hoop plate. Furthermore, a slide-guide mechanism for a window regulator which is light and in which play is small when it is slidably moved, comprising the guide rail and a bracket which is slidably guided along the guide rail. The bracket has slide shoes arranged zigzag along the double-bending portion of the guide rail and provided with an oil groove on a side face coming into contact with the double-bending portion, and a guide shoe having a face to guide both side edges of the guide rail secondarily and a fitting member for securing a wire.
Abstract:
A window guide arrangement for guiding movement of a vehicle window along a curvilinear path defined by a fixed guide member includes a sash plate secured to the window and having a bearing seat molded about a bearing provided with diametrical ribs whereby the bearing seat has grooves which cooperate with the bearing ribs in limiting rotation of the bearing to a plane containing the curvilinear path of movement of the window as the bearing rotates within the seat during movement of the bearing and sash plate along the guide member.
Abstract:
A balcony glazing arrangement comprises a window pane (9), which is hanging vertically from an upper guide rail (3) and is horizontally displaceable along the upper guide rail (3) by means of a bearing arrangement (17), said window pane being rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation at a vertical side edge (10) of the window pane (9) relative to the upper guide rail (3) between a closed position, in which the window pane (9) extends along the upper guide rail (3), and an open position, in which the window pane (9) is at least partially rotated away from the upper guide rail (3). The window pane (9) comprises a guide means (23) which is arranged horizontally apart from the axis of rotation in order to run along the upper guide rail (3) or along a lower guide rail (5) in parallel therewith when horizontally displacing the window pane (9) in its closed position. The balcony glazing arrangement comprises a lifting arrangement (53) which comprises a fixed lifting member (45) arranged at the upper guide rail (3) and a climbing lifting member (41 ) arranged at an upper horizontal edge of the window pane (9), wherein said climbing lifting member (41 ) is arranged at least partially in vertical level with the fixed lifting member (45) and, when rotating the window pane (9) from its open position towards its closed position, to contact and climb on the fixed lifting member (45) and to lift the guide means (23) into engagement with the relevant guide rail (3).
