Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hydraulik-Reservoir (1) für ein Hydraulikmittelleitsystem, mit einem Zulauf (2) zu einem Druckraum (3) und einem dazu beabstandeten und verfahrbaren Volumenausgleichselement (4), sowie einem an den Druckraum (3) angeschlossenen Überdruckventil (5), wobei das Überdruckventil (5) so angeordnet ist, dass eine in den Druckraum (3) am Zulauf (2) eingeleitete Druckschwankung zeitlich nach einem Erreichen des Volumenausgleichselements (4) am Überdruckventil (5) wirkt. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Hydraulikfluidleitungssystem mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Hydraulik-Reservoir.

The invention is an expansion tank (1) comprising: two half-shells (11, 12) coupled with each other; an inner flexible membrane (13) suited to divide the inside of the casing in two compartments (A, B); a counter cap (14) made of a thermoplastic material; a pipe fitting (2) suited to provide connection with a first tubular portion (3) and a second portion in the shape of a flat ring (4) that are made of a thermoplastic material, and wherein said second ring-shaped portion (4) is joined to said counter cap (14) at the level of said opening (15).

The invention relates to the use of micro fluidic chemotaxis device to identify novel active compounds of the metabolome and methods to characterize their actions on cell motility. The invention also includes the active compounds of the metabolome identified by the methods and devices disclosed herein. The results from these in vitro experiments were then correlated with in vivo physiologic responses to identify the downstream effects and therapeutic value. Thus, the invention provides novel methods for treating or preventing second organ injury resulting from ischemia-reperfusion in a patient in need thereof. The invention also provides methods of treating, preventing or ameliorating connective tissue degeneration in a patient in need thereof. The invention also provides methods of treating or preventing bone loss. In addition, the invention provides method for inducing bone regeneration in patients in need thereof or preventing bone loss in patients suspected to be in need thereof.
