Abstract:
A method and system for monitoring replaceable components of a work unit is disclosed. The method assigns an RFID tag to each wear part of a work unit. Prior to each operating cycle, the RFID tags are read and the RFID tags are correlated to corresponding wear parts. During operation of the work unit, operating parameters are read from the pumping unit and associated with each of the wear parts. A real-time life cycle status is determined for each of the wear parts based upon historic operating parameters and present operating parameters. Based upon the real-time life cycle status, the system and method of the present disclosure predicts the remaining wear life and relays this information to interested third parties. Interested third parties can then contact the equipment owner to provide information as to when parts need to be replaced prior to failure.

Zur Überwachung eines Gegenstands wird an einem zu überwachenden Gegenstand dauerhaft ein erster Funk-Transponder befestigt wird, der eine Antenne, eine Sende- und Empfangseinheit zum Datenaustausch über eine Funk-Transponder-Schnittstelle und eine Speichereinheit zur persistenten Datenspeicherung aufweist, die mittels eines Funk-Transponder-Lesegerätes auslesbar bzw. beschreibbar ist. Am zu überwachenden Gegenstand wird temporär ein zweiter Funk-Transponder befestigt, der zusätzlich ein Funk-Transponder-Lesegerät und ein Mobilfunk- oder Drahtlos-Kommunikationsmodul aufweist. Über die Funk-Transponder-Schnittstelle werden mittels des Funk-Transponder-Lesegeräts Daten aus der Speichereinheit des ersten Funk-Transponders ausgelesen werden, bzw. die Speichereinheit des ersten Funk-Transponders wird hierüber mit Daten beschrieben. Mittels des Mobilfunk- oder Drahtlos-Kommunikationsmoduls werden Prozesssteuerungs- bzw. -überwachungsdaten an das Funk-Transponder-Lesegerät bzw. vom Funk-Transponder-Lesegerät übermittelt.

A method of this invention comprises: putting at least one seed or at least one stem in a corresponding at least one pot; positioning a corresponding at least one RFID tag with respect to the seed or stem in a manner, wherein the RFID tag comprises a strap; packaging a harvested material into a packaged product and attaching the RFID tag from the potted plant, or a product RFID tag that is associated with the plurality of tags to the packaged product; confirming a request for authorization by a RFID buy card; and after confirming ID information, transferring at least one product.

Systems/Methods are provided for reducing picking operation errors. Task instruction is received about an item to be picked. A unique identifier is received for a pick location where the item is located. A unique identifier signal is received from a computing device at the pick location. A sensor thereof is commanded to output a signal in response to detecting unique identifier signal. The outputted signal represents an ambient magnetic field measurement in the sensor's vicinity received and monitored to detect change. Vehicle motion information is received from a motion detector. A notification whether the vehicle is at the correct pick location where item is located or the incorrect pick location is outputted.

An RFID tag having a double-read prevention function is enabled to respond in the event of having become unresponsive during communication. A search table acquisition unit (2) preliminarily acquires a search table, which is a list of RFID tags (7) attached to items of equipment. A tag search unit (4) searches for the RFID tags (7), a comparison processing unit (5) compares an RFID tag (7) having responded with tag information in the search table and, for an RFID tag (7) which has become unresponsive, a re-search processing unit (6) performs a process of disabling the double-read prevention function, thereby enabling the RFID tag to respond. Accordingly, it becomes possible to reliably inspect items of equipment provided properly.

The present invention discloses an antenna function extension apparatus, device, and method, and belongs to the field of communications technologies. The apparatus includes a control unit, a storage unit, an antenna identification unit, a modulation and demodulation unit, a power supply unit, a peripheral connection unit, a radio frequency RF channel, a first transceiver unit, and a second transceiver unit. The control unit is separately connected to the storage unit, the antenna identification unit, the peripheral connection unit, and the modulation and demodulation unit. The first transceiver unit is connected to the antenna identification unit. The second transceiver unit is separately connected to the modulation and demodulation unit, the power supply unit, and the peripheral connection unit. After the antenna identification unit, the peripheral connection unit, and the like are introduced in the present invention, antenna feature identification information may be obtained, and antenna weight data is further obtained according to the feature identification information, so that a function of performing weight management on an antenna is extended. Not only extension costs are relatively low, and an engineering difficulty is relatively small, but it is also convenient for a base station to manage the antenna according to the weight data and a survey parameter.
