Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bicyclic phosphate which is used for a composite flame retardant and bicyclic phosphite organic flame retardant phosphate-based compound is provided to drastically enhance flame retardance by adding an organic flame retardant and various inorganic materials to an inorganic flame retardant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bicyclic phosphate which is used for a composite flame retardant and bicyclic phosphite organic flame retardant phosphate-based compound comprises the following steps: gradually adding phosphorus chloride oxide(POCl3) to a material having a functional group which has triol or greater functional group by using dioxane as a solvent; processing a reflux reaction by heating the materials; collecting hydrochloric acid gas by using nitrogen gas, potassium hydroxide and NaOH; obtaining products by washing the reactants using dioxane and n-hexane solvents after gradually cooling the reactants to the room temperature; and desiccating the products.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite flame retardant is provided to reduce costs and drastically enhance fire retardance by adding bicyclic phosphate and bicyclic phosphite to an inorganic flame retardant. CONSTITUTION: A composite flame retardant comprises hydroxide which is used as an inorganic flame retardant, filler which includes more than one or two kinds selected from silicon dioxide, zinc oxide, nanoclay, zirconium oxide, magnesium carbonate, zinc borate, paraffin wax, iron oxide, titanium oxide, kaolin, initial terra alba, melamine, and molybdenum. The hydroxide is aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, or a mixture of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide. The composite flame retardant additionally includes a mixture including bicyclic phosphate bicyclic phosphite which is an organic material.

Abstract: 본 발명은 수열합성법을 이용하여 나노크기의 산화아연 분말을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. Zn Nitrate를 출발물질로 하고 Precipitant를 NaOH로 하여 Cyclohexylamine(CHA)을 반응조절제로 사용하였을 경우 반응온도 200~250℃에서 Zincite 단일상의 분말을 합성하였다. 입자의 형태는 판상 또는 침상으로 100~200nm 정도의 나노 입자로 이루어져 있었다.
출발물질로 Zn Acetate를, Precipitant로 Urea를 사용하였을 경우, 반응온도 120~220℃에서 합성한 분말을 250~300℃에서 12시간 열처리해 줌으로서 단일상의 Zincite 분말을 얻을 수 있었으며 입자크기는 50nm 이하로 구형을 나타내었다.
한편, Zn Acetate의 출발물질에 Precipitant로 NaOH를 사용하였을 경우에는 반응온도 100℃~150℃의 범위에서 쉽게 Zincite 단일상을 형성하고 있으며 입자의 형태는 판상 또는 구형으로 50~200nm 정도의 나노입자를 갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing zinc oxide powder is provided to improve the material characteristic of zinc oxide by using heterogeneous metal elements as dopants and reducing the specific resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing zinc oxide includes the following: Zinc nitratae or zinc acetate is prepared as a starting material.
