Abstract:
PURPOSE: A complex antimicrobial composition for animals is provided, which has prevention and treatment effects on bacterial diseases and substitutes the expensive antimicrobial agents for animals. CONSTITUTION: The complex antimicrobial composition for animals comprises fluoroquinoline antimicrobial agents and chitosan oligosaccharides in a ratio of 1:10 to 10:1. Wherein, fluoroquinoline antimicrobial agents are enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and Norfloxacin; chitosan oligosaccharides have 2,000,000 to 150,000 molecular weight and 45% or more 1 to 16 saccharides; and the animals are selected from the group consisting of domestic animals comprising chickens, pigs, cows, horses, dogs, ducks and goats, fishes comprising trouts, carps, eels, flatfishes, sea bream and shrimps.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A thermo-stable enzyme having a three-dimensional crystal structure is provided which exhibits a high heat resistant property because calcium ion strongly links a number of peptide fragments together at a double-clasp and a central channel. Also the calcium ion plays a role in an increase of the enzyme activity by converting charge of an active site of the enzyme. CONSTITUTION: The propeller type of the thermo-stable enzyme comprises three high-affinity calcium binding sites and three low-affinity calcium binding sites inside six blades consisting of 4-5 of anti-parallel -strands. The thermo-stable enzyme is especially phytase derived from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DS-II, and the six blades form a propeller type by being connected the 4th strand of each blade with upper region of the 1st strand of next blade. The extra -strand i. e., N-terminal segment is connected with the 5th blade.

PURPOSE: A complex antibiotic composition for animal is provided, which prevents and cures germ diseases of domestic animals and fishes, substitutes high cost of anti-biotic material, and minimizes remains of drug in an animals body. CONSTITUTION: The complex antibiotic composition for animal comprises of norfloxacin(NFLX) and tylosin(TYL) in the weight ratio of 1:4-4:1, desirably 1:2-2:1. The norfloxacin(NFLX) is a kind of third generation quinolone antibiotics, which inhibits DNA gyrases of a disease germ, so kills germs; which can be bound to DNA gyrases of a disease germ easily by carboxylic acid on No.3 position; and shows strong germicide effect by fluorine on No.6 position. The tylosin(TYL) inhibits translocation step of protein-synthesis by binding to a subunit of germ 50S ribosome, so obstructs protein-synthesis of a germ, and inhibits growth of a germ finally; which shows germicide action at high concentration.

본 발명은 신규한 플라즈미드를 이용하여 형질전환시킨 균주 대장균(E. coli) JM83/pKP2와 이로부터 생산된 피타제(Phytase)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 단위 가축에 급여하는 곡류내 인(P)의 체내이용성을 높여주는 신규한 피타제의 대량생산을 위해 유전자서열을 규명하고, 이를 이용하여 유전자조작에 의해 신규한 재조합벡터 pKP1 또는 pKP2를 제조하며, 또한 이 신규한 재조합벡터 pKP1 또는 pKP2를 이용하여 대장균에 형질전환시킨 균주 E. coli JM83/pKP2에 관한 것이다.

A method for isolating Aujeszky's virus antigen protein comprises (a) adding phosphate buffer and sodium dodecyl sulfate into the culture soln. which obtd. by inoculating Aujeszky's virus AJHK 3 (KCTC VR 15001) into pig kidney cell, and (b) passing the soln. through cellulose sulfate gel to obtain antigen protein. Also claimed is a diagnostic kit for Aujeszky's disease which comprises polyethylene glycol, casein and Aujeszky's virus AJHK 3 (KCTC VR 15001) antigen protein.
