Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for performing secure frame encryption as a service. For instance, a network device can receive a first request for encrypting a first media stream associated with a first endpoint. In response to the first request, the network device can obtain a first encryption key for encrypting the first media stream associated with the first endpoint. The network device can receive, from the first endpoint, a first plurality of media frames corresponding to the first media stream and encrypt each of the first plurality of media frames using the first encryption key to yield a first plurality of encrypted media frames. The network device can packetize the first plurality of encrypted media frames into a first plurality of data packets for transmission to a second endpoint.

The second video stream includes an indicated location for video of the second video stream relative to video of the first video stream. The device merges the first video stream and the second video stream into an overlapped video having the video of the second video stream located at the indicated location relative to the video of the first video stream. The device provides the overlapped video for display.

Abstract: The present technology is directed to visualizing a Wi-Fi signal propagation in 3-D at various heights and locations. The present technology can calculate a radio frequency (RF) propagation pattern for a Wi-Fi access point (AP) based on a RF propagation model for the Wi-Fi AP and overlay the RF propagation pattern for the Wi-Fi AP over a visualization of the building plan to present a 3-D visualization of the RF propagation pattern of the 3-D space. In particular, the present technology can project a plurality of ray-paths in various directions in a 3-D space originated from the Wi-Fi AP and determine whether the ray-paths interface with objects defined in the building plan. The present technology can segment the respective ray-path into contiguous segments of substantially uniform mediums for each ray-path that interface with the objects and determine a RF signal strength at points along the contiguous segments of the ray-paths.

Abstract: An electrical connector for connecting to an array of surface contacts includes a connector body and a plurality of cable terminators. The plurality of cable terminators are each configured to couple with a respective multi-conductor cable exiting the second section of a respective passageway. The contact surfaces of the plurality of cable terminators extend to a second plane. The first plane and the second plane are coplanar when the array is in the connection position.

Abstract: An exemplary method is disclosed that facilitate the on-demand creation of an exemplary instrumented network device in a cloud infrastructure, remote server, evaluation platform, or customized testing server and to form a stack between the instrumented network device as a debug network device and a target network device. The control plane of the target network device then switches over, via a switchover operation, to the control plane of the debug network device, while the data-plane of the target network device continues to operate. Once switched over, the instrumentation (e.g., hardware or software) of the control plane or debug network device facilitates the debug, optimization, profile, and/or recovery of the physical network device, even in a live network.

Abstract: Techniques for using global virtual network instance (VNI) labels in a multi-domain network to route network data with a multi-tenant network overlay are described herein. A routing device provisioned in a network domain of the multi-domain network may register with a service discovery system of the network domain for use of network configuration data to establish routes through the multi-domain network with network nodes. Each network domain of the multi-domain network may include an application programming interface (API) server for processing API requests to make changes to configurations of a network domain. A border gateway protocol (BGP) large community may be utilized to encode global VNI labels, network addresses, local next hop nodes, and/or additional network information and sent to routing devices provisioned in separate network domains. A service chain may be signaled by global VNI labels to route network traffic through various services prior to reaching a destination endpoint.

Abstract: Techniques for creating consent contracts for devices that indicate whether the devices consent to receiving network-based communications from other devices. Further, the techniques include enforcing the consent contracts such that network-based communications are either allowed or disallowed in the network-communications layer prior to the network communications reaching the devices. Rather than simply allowing a device to communicate with any other device over a network, the techniques described herein include building in consent for network-based communications where the consent is consulted at one or more points in a communication process to make informed decisions about network-based traffic.
