Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a solar cell and a solar cell fabricated by the same are provided to reduce the time and the cost and to offer an excellent optical absorbtion rate using a simple process like the spin coating without a damage by etching. CONSTITUTION: A polymer layer(220) is formed using the spin coating on a substrate(210). An ultraviolet ray is irradiated on the polymer layer. A plurality of beads(230) are spread on the polymer layer. As the polymer layer is heated over the glass transition temperature, one part of the bead is precipitated on the polymer layer. Therefore, a plurality of concavo-convexes are formed on the upper side of the polymer layer. One part of bead is inserted into the concavo-convex. The beads are removed.
