CONSTITUTION: A sonar test apparatus(200) includes a signal processor(301) and an image arrangement sensor device(302). The image arrangement sensor device is arranged to correspond to sonar, and exchanges a sound signal with an underwater sound sensor. The signal processor generates an electric signal transmitted to the image arrangement sensor device, or processes an electric signal transmitted from the image arrangement sensor device.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A simulator of developing a sound detector for underwater mover is provided to maximize operations and performance of the sound detector by simulating a signal model about similar environment to real underwater environment. CONSTITUTION: An input/output unit receives necessary information from a sound detector and a motion simulator. A signal generator(100) receives the information from the input/output unit and calculates a digital signal model. A D/A converter(200) converts the calculated digital signal model of the signal generator to an analog signal. A signal controller(300) controls a frequency and a gain of the analog signal of the D/A converter and generates a signal about the similar environment to the real underwater environment. A remote control computer(900) loads an OS into the signal generator and displays various states of operations.
