Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microbial agent for preventing root rot pathogens of ginseng, containing a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain. According to the present invention, the microbial agent for preventing root rot pathogens of ginseng comprises Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GR4-5 strain KACC91825P having antagonism against root rot pathogens of ginseng or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. The microbial agent containing the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GR4-5 strain KACC91825P or the culture medium thereof has excellent antagonism against root rot pathogens of ginseng, and has no environmental pollution and human toxicity, thereby being used as an eco-friendly microbial pesticide for preventing root rot pathogens of ginseng.

graminis ) Y435에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 미생물, 상기 미생물을 포함하는 식물병원균 방제제 및 상기 방제제를 수확 후 저장, 유통 중인 배에 처리하여 푸른곰팡이병과 같은 배 저장병을 방제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 경우, 유용 미생물을 식물병원균 방제에 사용하여 친환경적 방제가 가능하고, 수확 수에도 처리할 수 있어 저장병해의 방제에 더욱 효과적이며, 농산물의 안전성 확보에도 기여할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An agent for preventing plant disease using mixture strain of Bacillus subtilis M27 and 5M34 is provided to suppress occurrence of vegetable sclerotial rot and to ensure stability of fresh vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis 5M34 (deposit number KACC 91488P) prevents plant pathogen. A microorganism formulation for preventing plant pathogen contains Bacillus subtilis 5M34(deposit number KACC 91488P) and Bacillus subtilis M27(deposit number KACC 91208P). The plant pathogens are Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Sclerotium cepivorum, Sclerotinia minor, Sclerotium rolfisii, hizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum, Didymella bryoniae, Alternaria solani, Corynespora cassiicola, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Colletotrichum acutatum, or Phytophotra capsici.
