    Abstract: In the present invention, disclosed is a refresh method of a volatile memory device capable of improving refresh leveraging efficiency. In the refresh method, stored is address information about a weak cell row address to be refreshed in a period which is shorter than a refresh period. When the weak cell row address is matched to a refresh row address since the weak cell row address is compared with the refresh row address, the weak cell row address is refreshed. The weak cell row address is changed by changing the pointer of the address information. The changed weak cell row address is refreshed with the period which is shorter than the refresh period.
