Abstract: PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve generation efficiency by reducing the recombination of electrons and holes. CONSTITUTION: A passivation layer (14) is located on one surface of a P-type semiconductor layer (12). Charge carriers are produced in the semiconductor layer by the exposure to light. The passivation layer applies a stress to the semiconductor layer. The passivation layer changes the mobility of the charge carriers in a preset direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-fouling organic/inorganic composite compound is provided to obtain an antifouling membrane having excellent anti-fouling performance, to extend life and reduce maintenance costs of a membrane such as cleaning costs. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fouling organic/inorganic composite compound comprises an anti-fouling organic/inorganic composite compound, a core formed of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, and an arm connected to at least one Si of the polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane. A manufacturing method of an anti-fouling membrane comprises: a step of preparing a solution which comprises the organic/inorganic composite compound and a solvent; a step of forming a surface layer by spreading the solution on the surface of a membrane which requires anti-fouling surface treatment.

Abstract: 기계적 스위치를 이용하여 신호를 안정적으로 변조할 수 있는 신호 변환 장치 및 이를 구비한 위치 인식 시스템이 개시된다. 신호 변환 장치는 인가되는 동기 신호에 응답하여 예비 펄스 신호를 생성하는 신호 생성부, 예비 펄스 신호를 가변하여 소정 펄스 폭을 갖는 펄스 신호들로 변환하는 제어 신호들을 출력하는 신호 제어부 및 제어 신호들에 응답하여 예비 펄스 신호를 서로 다른 펄스 폭을 갖는 펄스 신호들로 변환하는 신호 변조부를 포함한다. 신호 변조부는 복수개의 기계적 스위치가 병렬로 연결된 스위치 뱅크 및 각 기계적 스위치가 형성된 노드 사이의 전송 선로를 포함한다. 기계적 스위치를 이용하여 신호 변조부를 형성함으로써 신호의 안정적인 변조와 제품의 소형화 및 저 소모 전력화를 도모할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A solar battery comprises a plurality of unit cells. The plurality of unit cells is arranged as a matrix shape and is connected by an interconnector ribbon. A front protection board is arranged on the front side of the solar battery and has a concavo-convex region upon the surface. The concavo-convex region has pitch smaller than the visible light wavelength area and comprises nano-particles and nano-wires.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A piezoelectric acoustic transducer and a method for fabricating the same are provided to obtain large transformation amount under a low driving voltage using parlylene or low stress non-stoichiometric silicon nitride film on the external side of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A through region is formed in a substrate(110). A piezoelectric unit(150) is located on a part of the central part of the through region. The piezoelectric unit includes a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged on both sides of the piezoelectric unit. A transforming film(130) connects and elastically transforms the peripheral of the piezoelectric unit and a substrate. A transformation is delivered to the piezoelectric unit and the transforming film is vibrated with the piezoelectric unit.
