    Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink jet print head is provided to improve ink ejecting capacity and supply quick speed and response property by the uniform heat emission of a heater. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet print head is composed of a nozzle plate(200) having a nozzle(210) for ejecting ink droplets; a base plate(100) positioned under the nozzle, wherein an ink chamber(110) filled with ink together with the nozzle plate is mounted; and a heater(300,300a,300b,300c) for generating bubbles by heating ink(400) filled in the ink chamber, covering the central axis of the nozzle and having the characteristics of electric resistance that is reduced from the central axis toward the radial outside thereof. The heater is formed on one of the upside and the bottom of the nozzle plate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink jet print head and a method for fabricating the same are provided to effectively prevent thermal accumulation on a nozzle plate and in ink and to effectively prevent an ink absorption at an inner portion of the nozzle plate. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet print head(100) includes a plurality of nozzles(180) arranged on a nozzle plate(120). The nozzle plate(120) is a membrane formed on a substrate(110). A plurality of pad is aligned along long-sides of the print head(100) in series with a predetermined interval. The pad is a terminal for applying an electric signal to heaters(130). A switching device is provided between the pad and heaters(130). The switching device is positioned between the substrate(110) and the nozzle plate(120). A half-spherical chamber(140) is formed at the center of the substrate(110). A rectangular channel type manifold(170) is formed at a lower portion of the half-spherical chamber(140).
