The present invention relates to an apparatus for converting power outputted from a power source. A power converting apparatus includes convertors which independently convert the voltage of power outputted from the power source, a measuring instrument which measures at least one characteristic value of power supplied from the power source to a load, and a controller which enables or disables each convertor based on at least one characteristic value measured by the measuring instrument.

An electric charge concentration type droplet dispensing system having a non-conductive capillary nozzle is provided to allow ejection of fine droplets depending on electric control signals, and to maintain the surface shape of droplets at the nozzle tip without using an additional driving unit. A droplet dispensing system comprises: a downwardly installed non-conductive capillary nozzle(10); a pump linked to the non-conductive capillary through a sealed fluid pipe(51) and generating a negative pressure to reduce the effect of the gravity on the solution(25) inside the nozzle and the fluid pipe; and an open type voltage application unit(40) for applying a voltage to the solution.

Disclosed is a microfluidic bio sample processing apparatus including a processing module configured for processing the bio sample and having a hole through which the processed bio sample, a solution for processing the bio sample or both flow, a board having a flowing channel connected with the hole so as to allow the bio sample, the solution for processing the bio sample or both to flow between processing modules and a bonding feature for bonding the processing module with the board. The processing modules are configured to be assembled and/or disassembled onto or from the board so that the processing apparatus is adapted to various kinds of bio samples having different processing steps.

소정공간에 공기를 공급하는 마이크로 공기공급장치가 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명에 의한 마이크로 공기공급장치는 외부공기를 흡입하여 분사하는 분사유닛; 상기 분사유닛에서 분사된 공기가 배출되는 배출오리피스가 형성된 커버부; 및 상기 분사유닛과 결합하는 베이스유닛;을 포함한다. 이에 의하면, 단순한 구조로 공기공급(전달)을 실현하기 위해서 밸브구조가 채택되지 않아서 상기 공기공급장치의 안전성을 높게 되며, 필요에 따라 높은 공기전달을 실현할 수 있게 되며, 또한, 전류 또는 주파수를 변화시킴으로 공기공급량이 조절되어, 능동 전달을 구현할 수 있게 된다.

PURPOSE: An evaporator of capillary pumped loop(CPL) cooling system with fine wick structure is provided to improve cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator is flat plate type and includes a refrigerant storage part(42) storing refrigerant flowing in from a condenser and collecting non-condensed gas contained in refrigerant in an upper space(42a); a cooling part(46) cooling a heating body(H) by evaporation of refrigerant; and an upper structure(50) and a lower structure(38) joined to limit a channel area(44) where refrigerant is delivered from the refrigerant storage part to the cooling part by capillary force.
