Abstract: An image forming apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to apply driving power of a driving source intermittently only when a direction is changed although a direction change state is maintained in one direction. An image forming apparatus comprises a plurality of load units, a selector, and a switch unit(143). In the plural load units, a print media where an image is formed in an image forming unit is loaded. A driving source(141) intermittently applies a direction change signal. The selector selects a transfer path of the print media so as for the print media to be loaded in one of the plural load units. The switch unit is combined with the driving source and linked to a driving signal of the driving source to determine a location of the selector.

Abstract: 감도와 잔막 특성이 우수한 포토레지스트 조성물 및 이를 사용한 패턴의 형성방법이 개시되어 있다. 상기 조성물은 5∼30 중량%의 고분자 수지, 2∼10 중량%의 감광성 화합물, 0.1∼10 중량%의 감도 증진제, 0.1∼10 중량%의 감도 억제제 및 60∼90 중량%의 유기 용매를 포함하여 이루어진다. 패턴을 형성하기 위하여는 먼저, 포토레지스트 조성물을 기재상에 도포하고 건조하여 포토레지스트막을 제조하도록 한다. 이후 소정 형상의 마스크를 개재하여 상기 포토레지스트층을 노광하고, 이를 현상하여 포토레지스트 패턴을 제조하도록 한다. 제조된 패턴은 막두께의 균일성이 양호하면서도 크리티컬 디멘젼의 균일성이 향상된 것이다.
