Abstract:
A PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) network system and connection method thereof. The connection method includes the steps of: if a connection attempt is made, transmitting a PADI (PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation) packet to a plurality of servers by performing a discovery stage; after transmitting the PADI packet, deciding whether a packet being transmitted from a server is transmitted in a session packet in a PPP session stage or a PADO (PPPoE Active Discovery Offer) packet; and if the packet being transmitted from the server is the session packet, terminating connection between a client and an already-connected server by performing a discovery stage for terminating the connection, and then reestablishing the connection by performing a discovery stage for connection. Therefore, even though the connection between the client and the server is unproperly disconnected due to errors on the client side, the connection can be reestablished faster and more effectively.
Abstract:
An apparatus for providing telematics service having an AGPS(Assisted GPS) function is provided to enable rapid telematics by reducing an initial position measurement time of a telematics system. A position determination entity(PDE) server(400) collects AGPS information including orbit information and correction information of a satellite and then stores it. A telematics terminal(100) receives the AGPS information from the positioning server, and measures the present position of a moving object using the AGPS information, and requests telematics service using the present position information. And a telematics server(200) receives the AGPS information from the positioning server in response to the AGPS request of the telematics terminal, and then transfers the AGPS information to the telematics terminal, and provides service corresponding to the service request using the present position information of the telematics terminal to the telematics terminal.

PURPOSE: A method for forming a trench-type isolation layer of a semiconductor device is provided to prevent a gate oxide layer from being decreased in quality and avoid a lifting phenomenon in a high temperature treatment by using an HDP(high density plasma) insulation layer as an etch stop layer in a process for planarizing an isolating insulation layer. CONSTITUTION: A mask pattern is formed on a semiconductor substrate(40). A trench(46) is formed in the semiconductor substrate by using the mask pattern as an etch mask. An isolating insulation layer for filling the trench is formed on the front surface of the mask pattern. The insulation layer is planarized until the interface of the mask pattern is exposed. The mask pattern is eliminated. A pad oxide layer and the first insulation layer are sequentially formed and patterned to form the mask pattern. The first insulation layer is one of an HDP-Sin layer, an HDP CVD(chemical vapor deposition) SiN layer or an HDP SiON layer.

PURPOSE: A PPPoE(Point-to-Point over Ethernet) network system, and a connection method of the system are provided to promptly connect a client with a server even if the client is disconnected with the server due to an error of the client. CONSTITUTION: A client judges whether connection trial exists. The client transmits PADI(PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation) packet to a sever. The client judges the receipt of PADO packet(PPPoE Active Discovery Offer). The client extracts a client MAC address from a client MAC address field of session packets, and extracts a session identifier from a session identifier field. The client loads the session identifier on the session identifier field of PADT(PPPoE Active Discovery Termination) packet to transmit the session identifier. The client judges the receipt of PADT packet. If receiving the PADO packet, the client transmits PADR(PPPoE Active Discovery Request) packet in response to the PADO packet. The client judges the receipt of PADS(PPPoE Active Discovery Session-confirmation) packet.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for transmitting received absent information to an external terminal in a wire telephone terminal transceiving a text message is provided to transmit a received information text message informing a user that an absent call or a text message is received, to an external terminal preset by the user, thereby enabling the user to confirm the received call and the message by using the external terminal. CONSTITUTION: A received ring is detected(202). A local connector receives a CID, and applies the CID to a text message processor(204). A controller checks whether the CID is received from a PSMSC(PSTN Short Message Service Center)(206). If so, the controller forms a voice channel(208), and receives a text message(210). The controller cancels the voice channel(212), and stores the text message in a memory(214). The controller decides whether an absent setting is stored in the memory(220). If so, the text message processor creates a text message processing text message(222). The controller requests a call connection of a PSTN(224). A voice channel is formed between a receiving terminal and the PSMSC(226). The text message processor transmits the received information text message to the PSMSC(228). The voice channel is cancelled(230).

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hemispherical grain(HSG) capacitor is provided to prevent a bridge between a lower electrodes, to solve an overlapping problem of the HSG caused by a decreased size of an inside diameter of a cylindrical lower electrode, and to make a uniform capacitance on an overall surface of a wafer, by controlling the size of the HSG. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hemispherical grain(HSG) capacitor comprises the steps of: forming a cylindrical lower electrode on the substrate by evaporating at least two amorphous silicon layers having different doping density of impurities; growing HSG at least on a part of the lower electrode by moving a silicon atom of the cylindrical lower electrode; forming a dielectric layer on the lower electrode having the HSG; and forming an upper electrode on the dielectric layer.
