PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory device having silicide active regions and memory card and system including the same are provided to prevent gate induced drain leakage by forming the silicide layer in the source / drain region between the cell transistor and the selecting transistor. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cells transistor(120) is serially connected to be formed on the substrate(100). The selecting transistor(130) is serially connected to a plurality of cells transistors. The first source / drain regions(110a,110b) are formed within a substrate between the cell transistor and the adjacent selecting transistor. The second source / drain region is formed within a substrate between cell transistors. The first silicide layer(150a) is formed on the first source / drain region. The first silicide layers are formed on the first source / drain region.

A portable photographing device for performing a specific operation corresponding to a specific direction during power on or power off, and a control method thereof are provided to perform a photographing operation easily through a simple operation and quick photographing. A portable photographing device comprises a motion sensor and a controller. If a power on signal is inputted in a state when the portable photographing device faces a specific direction, the motion sensor determines the specific direction which the portable photographing device faces(501,502). The controller performs a preset operation corresponding to the determined specific direction(503). After that, a photographing signal is inputted(504).

A fusing device and an image forming apparatus having the fusing device are provided to separate a heating member from a nip such that fusing pressure of the nip is not applied to the heating member so as to prevent the heating member from being damaged. A fusing device includes a press member(100), a belt member(200), a nip forming member(300), a heating member(400), and a tension applying member(500). The belt member rotates in contact with the press member. The nip forming member supports the belt member to form a nip(N) at the portion where the press member comes into contact with the belt member. The heating member separates the belt member from the nip and heats the belt member. The tension applying member strains the belt member to bring the heating member and the belt member into close contact with each other.

A heating cooker and a control method thereof are provided to supply air to the surface of a top panel for forcibly cooling the surface after cooking, thereby preventing accidents such as a burn. A heating cooker includes a main body(110), a top panel(120) on which cooking vessels are secured, heaters(130) mounted at the lower part of the top panel for heating the cooking vessels, and a surface cooling unit(140) for cooling the top panel. The surface cooling unit has a blower fan for blowing air to the surface of the top panel, a fan motor for driving the blower, and a fan housing(151) receiving the blower fan and the fan motor and mounted at a side of the main body. The fan housing is movable in the vertical direction to be exposed beyond the top panel and has an outlet for discharging the air blown by the blower fan to the surface of the top panel.

An electric oven is provided to prevent unintended abnormal manipulation by a user by controlling an operating panel with a control button. An electric oven comprises a body(100), a first operating panel(200), at least one second operating panel(300), and a control unit. The first operating panel is formed at one end of the body. The second operating panel is formed at the other end of the body. The control unit controls cooking process according to a control signal from one of the first or second operating panel. The body has a body casing(110), and a door(130) rotated on the body casing to open and close the cavity.

A method for manufacturing an interconnection line of a semiconductor memory device is provided to enhance surface roughness by improving quality of an aluminum layer. A metal base layer is deposited on an upper surface of a semiconductor substrate(400) including a cell transistor. The metal base layer is formed with a titanium material for improving quality thereof and has a thickness of 100-150 angstrom. The metal base layer is formed on the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate before a conductive layer for forming a wiring is formed on the top surface of the semiconductor substrate. The conductive layer including an aluminum material is formed on the metal base layer. A wiring is formed by patterning the conductive layer and the metal base layer.

A driving chip comprises a body(122) and at least two signal terminal groups(124,126) connected to the body. The two signal terminal groups have different lengths. The two signal terminal groups include a first signal terminal group and a second terminal group. The first signal terminal group consists of first signal terminals(124a,126a) having a first length, and a second signal terminal group consists of second signal terminals(124b,126b) having a second length larger than the first length.

본 발명은 조리실로부터 외부로 배출되는 가스나 열기에 의해 주변 부품들이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 오븐 레인지를 개시한다. 본 발명에서 오븐부는 조리실과, 조리실을 개폐하기 위한 오븐 도어를 구비하고, 오븐 도어는 조리실 내의 열기 또는 가스가 오븐 도어의 내부로 유입될 수 있도록 오븐 도어의 배면에 형성되는 유입구와, 오븐 도어의 내부로 유입된 열기 또는 가스를 오븐 도어의 전방으로 배출할 수 있도록 오븐 도어의 전면에 형성되는 배기구를 가진다. 조리실 내부의 가스는 유입구, 오븐 도어 내부의 배기유로 및 배기구를 차례로 통과하여 주위에 별다른 부품들이 배치되지 않는 오븐 도어 전방의 외부 공간으로 배출된다.

본 발명에 의한 디지털 기기용 삼각대 어댑터는 상면에 디지털 기기의 전면 하단부와 후면 하단부를 감싸는 전면 격벽과 후면 격벽이 형성된 수용부를 구비하고, 하면에 삼각대 체결 고정부재를 구비한 삼각대 어댑터 본체; 및 전면 격벽의 내측에서 전후로 이동가능하도록 구비되어 디지털 기기의 전면에 밀착하여 디지털 기기의 후면을 후면 격벽에 고정하는 기기 고정부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 디지털 기기용 삼각대 어댑터에 의하면 디지털 기기가 슬림화 되어감에 따라 디지털 기기 자체에 나사 체결홈 설치가 어려워진 문제를 해결하고, 다양한 두께의 디지털 기기를 삼각대에 결합할 수 있는 편리함이 제공된다.
