PURPOSE: An edge conservation de-blocking filter using a pixel classification for preventing the breakdown of an edge area pixel is provided to prevent an image pixel of the edge area from being filtered in block noise removal due to the offset filtering about the pixels in a flat area. CONSTITUTION: A pixel classification unit(110) calculates the vertical direction slope, the horizontal direction slope and edge strength of each pixel by inputting pixels of the image in a block boundary. The pixel classification unit classifies whether each pixel is the pixel in an edge area. An edge conservation map(120) stores the vertical direction slope, the horizontal direction slope and edge strength information of each pixel.

본 발명은 에어로모나스 속 GJ-18 ( Aeromonas sp, GJ-18) 균주를 이용하여 키틴으로부터 N -아세틸-D-글루코사민 ( N -acetyl-D-glucosamine)을 효율적으로 생산하는 방법, 그리고 키틴과 에어로모나스 속 GJ-18 조효소의 반응시 온도를 조절함으로써 키틴으로부터 N -아세틸-D-글루코사민과 N,N' -디아세틸키토비오스 ( N,N' -diacetylchitobiose)를 선택적으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 에어로모나스 속 GJ-18 균주가 생산하는 키티나아제에 의하여 키틴으로부터 N -아세틸-D-글루코사민을 높은 수율로 생산할 수 있으며, 간단히 반응온도만을 조절함으로써 N -아세틸-D-글루코사민과 N,N' -디아세틸키토비오스를 선택적이고 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 에어로모나스 속 GJ-18, 키틴, N-아세틸-D-글루코사민, N,N'-디아세틸키토비오스.
