Abstract: 본 발명은 유성치차감속기에 관한 것으로서, 모터로부터 전달된 동력에 의해 태양기어와 치합된 다수의 유성기어가 회전하면, 다수의 유성기어 각각에 형성된 축공을 삽입 관통하는 캐리어의 고정봉들이 각기 대응되게 형성된 소정 캐리어 고정부재의 고정공에 끼움고정되도록 하여 유성기어의 흔들림을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 캐리어의 회전중심을 일정하게 유지할 수 있음으로 인해 감속기 소음 진동을 줄이고 감속효율을 향상시키며 소형화와 조립 정밀도를 구현 및 향상시키게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A force feedback device of a structure of a five-bar is provided to easily analyze a position and a force, to have a low inertia moment by achieving a miniaturization and to remove backlash by constructing a direct operation to transfer a driving force of a motor without an additional transfer element. CONSTITUTION: A force feedback device of a structure of a five-bar includes a first bar(b1), a second bar(b2), a third bar(b3) and a fourth bar(b4) linked to link axes in a line on an upper space of a lathe(T), a first motor, a second motor connected to an upper side of a free end and a lower side of the first bar(b1) and the fourth bar(b4), the second bar(b2) and the third bar(b3) is connected to the link axis to extrude toward the upper side and to form a handle, a damper in the form of round ring formed at the lower side of the link axis connected to the handle and the lathe(T) providing a rectangular plane to receive the handle and the damper and a jaw(t) in a peripheral thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cam unit using the control technique of a servo motor is provided to perform a reciprocating angular motion of a needle shaft without using the cam by controlling the servo motor. CONSTITUTION: A cam unit using the control technique of a servo-motor is composed of a reciprocating vertical motion driving unit(A), and a reciprocating angular motion driving unit(B). In the reciprocating vertical motion driving unit(A), the power of a driving motor(100) is converted into a rotary motion of a driving shaft(110). The rotary motion of the driving shaft(110) is transmitted to a pulley(210) of a power transmitting unit(200) by a power transmitting belt(B1). The rotary motion of the pulley(210) is converted into a vertical reciprocating motion by a driven arm(220), and thus, a needle shaft(NB) reciprocates vertically.
