PURPOSE: A polyphosphonate is provided to remarkably reduce acid value without using an end-capping agent, and to able to provide a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition having excellent flame retardance, and thermal resistance, and not degrading other physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A polyphosphonate is in chemical formula 1, and has acid value of 5.5 KOH mg/g or less. In chemical formula 1, A is a single bond, C1-5 alkylene, C1-5 alkylidene, C5-6 cycloalkylidene, -S- or -SO2-, R is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl group, or a C6-20 substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group, R1 and R2 is respectively and independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-6 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-12 aryl group, or halogen atom, and a and b is respectively an integer from 0-4, and n is an integer from 1-500.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to ensure environment-friendliness while maintaining excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance and to enable the application to the molded products of electric/electronic materials. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a base resin and 0.1~40 parts by weight of a phosphorus compound. The phosphorus compound includes a phosphate-based compound represented by chemical formula 2 and a phosphate-based compound represented by chemical formula 3. The base resin comprises 30~99 weight% of a polycarbonate resin and 1~70 weight% of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin.

PURPOSE: A novel phosphonate compounds and flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing the same are provided to ensure stability and strength and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A phosphonate compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is alkyl group of C1-C4, phenyl group, or cyano group; and R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen and alkyl of C1-C4. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains 100 weight parts of thermoplastic resin and 0.5-30 weight parts of phosphonate compounds of chemical formula 1. The composition further contains 1-20 weight parts of phosphate flame retardant compound.

PURPOSE: A diphenoxyphosphoryl flame retardant is provided to obtain excellent flame retardant property, to be environment-friendly used without using a halogen retardant when a resin is processed or combusted, and to enable a user to easily handle the diphenoxyphosphoryl flame retardant due to solid phase. CONSTITUTION: A diphenoxyphosphoryl flame retardant is marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or an alkyl group with C1-C6 and n is integer of 0-5. A method for manufacturing the diphenoxyphosphoryl flame retardant includes a step of reacting a compound of a chemical formula 2 with a diketone compound of a chemical formula 3. In the chemical formula 2, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or the alkyl group with C1-C6.

PURPOSE: A non-halogen flameproof polycarbonate resin composition is provided to have stability to fire, to be environment-friendly used without using a halogen fire retardant, and to obtain excellent fire retardant property using a small amount of the fire retardant. CONSTITUTION: A non-halogen flameproof polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin and a phosphonate compound which is marked as a chemical formula 1. The base resin is comprised of 50-100.0 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin and 0-50 parts by weight of a rubber-modified styrene-based resin. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is a phenyl group or a cyano group and R2 and R3 are hydrogen or an alkyl group of C1-C4.
