    Abstract: PURPOSE: An empty taxi arrangement technique using location history data is provided to extract boarding data corresponding to taxi demand and empty taxi rate corresponding to supply from location history data of a Jeju taxi telematics system, thereby appropriately arranging taxies according to the demand and supply.     Abstract: A performance evaluation method for obtaining the optimal hierarchy in a cellular network is provided to offer an analytic model in consideration of not only the mean delay time of VLR and HLR but also the total updating rate of the VLR and HLR when calculating the cost for location updating. In a process of calculating the total cost for location updating to obtain the optimal number of layers in a cellular network having a hierarchy structure, the total updating rate of a VLR is calculated.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a charging system for electric vehicles capable of efficiently charging a plurality of vehicles by being installed in a space where a plurality of vehicles can be parked and generating an optimum charging schedule in consideration of time when an electric vehicle is parked, remaining power in the battery of the electric vehicle, and user options and a charging method thereof.
