Abstract: 자동차, 중장비 및 기차 등의 제동 시스템에 사용되는 마찰재로, 특히 고하중, 고속의 가혹한 조건하에서 우수한 마찰 특성과 내마모성을 지니는 청동계 소결 마찰재의 제조 방법이 기재되어 있다. 이 방법에 의한 청동계 소결 마찰재는 50∼80 wt%의 구리 분말과 5∼15 wt%의 주석 분말로 된 청동 기지 금속과 10∼50 wt%의 마찰 조절제 및 2∼10 wt%의 고체 윤활제로 구성되어 있으며, 이 때 마찰 조절제는 5∼15 wt%의 철 분말, 7∼15 wt%의 몰리브덴 분말, 2∼10 wt%의 내마모 첨가제 분말 및 2∼10 wt%의 세라믹 단섬유로 구성되어 있다.

Abstract: The magnetic polymer filter material comprises 40-90 wt.% of polymer selected from polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polyester, teflon, polymethacrylate, polyacronitrile, polystyrene or polyethylene phthalate; and 1-60 wt.% of magnetic material selected from barium based ferrites, strontium based ferrites or lanthanum based rare earth metals. The magnetic polymer filter material is prepd. by mixing the polymer and the magnetic material; forming a sheet or mat form by spinning extruder; preparing the filter form by cutting; then magnetizing using by a magnetizer. The obtd. magnetic polymer filter material has 20-500 gauss of magnetic force, 0.1-20 mm of thickness, and 0.1-200 micro meter of pore size; and diameter of the polymer fiber in spinning is 0.1-2.0 mm. The magnetic polymer filter material has excellent filtering efficiency to an impurities contg. iron components, oxidized iron or metal dust.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an anhydride-based electrorheological fluid containing chitosan dicarboxylate, which is excellent in electrorheological property, dispersion-stability, corrosion-resistance, abrasion-resistance, friendly property to environment, and high temperature stability. CONSTITUTION: The anhydride-based electrorheological fluid is produced by a process comprising the steps of: reacting chitosan and dicarboxylic acid in the presence of a catalyst in dimethyl formamide at an ordinary temperature for 1-24 hours to obtain the chitosan dicarboxylate; mixing 1-50wt% of the chitosan dicarboxylate and 50-99wt% of a base oil at 30-80deg.C, wherein the chitosan dicarboxylate has an average particle diameter of 1-30 micrometer and the base oil is selected from mineral oil, vegetable oil, and synthetic oil.
