Tungsten composite powder which can be used for parts of a fusion reactor facing plasma due to the excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, a coating material made of the same and a method of manufacturing the tungsten composite powder are provided. A manufacturing method of tungsten composite powder comprises a step for providing a mixture in which W(tungsten) particles and SiC(silicon carbide) particles having a diameter of 0.1~30mum to be formed into W1-xSiCx composition by the weight ratio(S10), a step for providing composite powder by spraying and drying the mixture(S20), and a step for heat-treating the composite powder(S30).
