Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing equipment of RDF(Refuse Derived Fuel) using as raw material synthesis resin waste or mixture of the resin waste and combustible waste is provided, which can produce solid fuel having high strength by using heating extruding molding machine that use almost same level of pressure in large capacity continuously. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a heating tank(100), a screw conveyor(200) and an extruding tank(300). At the horizontal heating tank that has a horizontal mixer(120) driven by a driving device(130), waste is fed through the inlet(111) at the top, heated by hot air and is discharged through the outlet at the bottom to screw conveyor. Waste being fed into the vertical extruding molding tank that has a vertical compacting device(330) at the center and discharge block(310) at the bottom is compacted and molded by up and downward motion of the compacting device(330) and discharged through the discharge hole(320).
