Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for reconstructing a 3 dimension model are provided to improve the accuracy of model by efficiently compensating damageable outer information by judging the inclusion of an object region based on the center of a voxel cube. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional voxel space definition unit(102) defines a three-dimensional voxel space based on the color texture information of an object and the silhouette information of a multi-viewpoint image. A visual hull model generator(104) projects the center of the defined voxel space onto the inputted silhouette image. A mesh model converter(200) calculates a triangular mesh structure of the three-dimensional voxel model for rendering, and a viewpoint-subordinate texture mapping unit(300) performs texture mapping dependent on the variation of a view point for the converted mesh model.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multiple camera control and an image storing apparatus and method for synchronized multiple image acquisition are provided to simplify an upgrade operation by performing various functions in software manner. CONSTITUTION: Image acquisition units(115,135) obtains an image without loss, and the image is synchronized from multiple cameras(111,112,131,132). At least one ingest agent(110,130) stores the acquired image. Based on the acquired image, the ingest agent controls the fan, tilt and zoom operation of the camera. A central server(160) transmits a control command to the ingest agent, and collectively stores the image after the stored image.
