Abstract: PURPOSE: The method for deducing the statistics of the learning evaluation result based on demand of the teacher is provided to enable the teacher to exactly evaluate the learning level by compiling statistics on the learning result of many learners while reflecting different demand of many teachers about various education contents. CONSTITUTION: The teacher selects target_learners and target_courses(S601). The teacher inputs the statistics demand term according to the selected target_courses list, in other words, the teacher specifies how to process courses_weight, due_dates, overtime_ratios, and nonlearing_ratios(S602). The teacher takes the own evaluation information about the learning data or outcome which keep the due_dates, and stores those on a table(S603). The teacher calculates overtime_ratios(S604). The teacher reflects a score of a non-learner(S605) and the weight of every course(S606). The teacher calculates the average of every learner(S607).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming multi cast tree for a screen conference service through an internet is provided to maximize service quality and to effectively use resources by considering link resources of a network and a transmission retardation when a multi cast node is selected. CONSTITUTION: In a method for forming multi cast tree for a screen conference service through an internet, when a new customer request a connection to a screen conference through a nearest connection node of the internet, a server for the screen conference approves the connection. Then, an optimum multi cast node is selected in accordance with a determining result whether the connection node is included in a current multi cast tree. When the connection node is included in the current multi cast tree, a new multi cast node is selected.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A data streaming service providing method and apparatus thereof are provided to adaptively control the size of a file piece in a streaming service method based on a P2P(Peer to Peer) according to network states, kinds of services, and terminal states. Abstract: A mobile internet protocol handover device and a handover emulation method thereof are provided to supplement the time limitation, inconvenience of a manual handover and a superposition area between subnets, when the test network is established as a generic wired network without establishing a wireless connection access network. In the internet network comprised of a mobile terminal supporting a mobile service, a home agent managing the mobile terminal's address and a counter node communicating with the mobile terminal, a mobile internet protocol handover emulator(100) tests the function of mobile internet protocols. The mobile internet protocol handover emulator(100) includes a VLAN switching port and a handover setting unit(130). The VLAN switching port includes a mobile terminal port connected to the mobile terminal through a wired interface and subset ports to assign subsets which the mobile terminal handovers to the respective ports. The handover setting unit(130) assigns the VLAN ID which is the same as the VLAN ID assigned to the subnet ports. In the subnet ports, the subnet is connected to the subnet ports to be moved.
