Abstract: In an apparatus for providing an one-stop service in a mobile web application server system a mobile terminal receives the OSS from the mobile web application server in order to use the OSS. A screen-processing module includes a java server page and a java sublet for an OSS generated in the form of a mobile web application server page. A service processing means generates an OSS log to process the OSS and represents a corresponding specialized site in the form of a service bean. An external service generates the mobile web application server system and performs a connection to OSS contents. An external system provides contents in accordance with certain information provided from the external service. A site providing system provides a corresponding specialized site to the service bean in the service processing means.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for extracting information requested by a user in an unstructured document and a method thereof are provided to extract only specific information using an event template including information of "who", "when", "where", "what", and "how" on condition that a user collects an unstructured document for extracting information. CONSTITUTION: An extraction information specification unit(10) designates and inputs information to be extracted by a user. If a document for an information extraction(21) is inputted, an event template extraction unit(20) checks whether designated information is included in the extraction information specification unit(10) and extracts an event template of a sentence unit of a specific semantic argument structure. An event template integrating unit(30) integrates event templates created in the event template extraction unit(20) interactively in accordance with an agreement of a semantic argument and contents thereof. A template extracting unit(40) extracts a template including only information to be extracted by a user out of event templates integrated in the event template integrating unit(30) and stores the template in a database(41).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a read sequence alignment method and a read sequence alignment apparatus using the same and, more specifically, to a method for aligning a read sequence with respect to a reference genome using a seed and a read sequence alignment apparatus using the same. The read sequence alignment apparatus according to the present invention comprises a seed creating unit for creating seeds from read sequences; a duplicate seed removal unit for searching duplicate seeds among the seeds, indexing the seeds based on information on the duplicate seeds and generating a seed set obtained by removing the duplicate seeds from the seeds; a seed alignment unit for aligning the seed set with respect to the reference genome; and a read sequence alignment unit for aligning the read sequences with respect to the reference genome by referring to the index result of the seeds and the alignment result of the seed set.
