A method for allocating a radio resource in a wireless communication system including a macrocell and at least one femtocell includes the steps of: identifying a white space which is an empty radio resource, and a macrocell band which is allocated as the radio resource of the macrocell; allocating the radio resource for searching a cell, that is near at least one femtocell, from the macrocell band in a normal resource allocating mode; and allocating the radio resource for each data communication, of at least one femtocell, from the white space in the normal resource allocating mode.

PURPOSE: An error correcting method in a communication system and a correcting apparatus for the same are provided to reduce the number of retransmission caused by a frame error, thereby improving a network transmission rate. CONSTITUTION: A modulator checks a frame of a receiving signal and detects the position of data having high probability of generating an error. An error code substituting unit finds the position of data having high probability of generating an error by referring to a demodulator and searches for a different value to substitute regarding the data in the found position. A frame error checking unit checks again whether an error occurs or not in the transferred frame and delivers the transferred frame to an upper layer block or the error code substituting unit according to the checking results. PURPOSE: A multiple channel signal detection method and apparatus thereof are provided to effectively embody a system by reducing time and calculation rates which are necessary for detecting signals in multiple channels. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception apparatus(530) senses channels. A processor(510) technically contacts to the transmission and reception apparatus. The processor detects the signals based on interesting section sensing data. The processor is established in order to determine the nonexistence of a detection target signal in each channel which constructs interesting sections when the detection target signal is not detected.

PURPOSE: An uplink MIMO transmission data and multiplexed uplink DM-RS transmission method are provided to transmit a reference signal within OFDM symbol without overhead of a reference signal. CONSTITUTION: A DM-RS(Demodulation-Reference Signal) sequence is allocated to a first transmission layer DM-RS signal sequence in order to transmit uplink(S210). The DM-RS sequence is allocated to the DM-RS sequence of a second transmission layer(S220). The DM-RS sequence is multiplexed by the first transmission layer and the second transmission layer(S230).

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting control information to a physical channel region in a MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-Output) system is provided to transmit control information such as ACK/NACK, CQI/PMI(Channel Quality Indicator/Precoding Matrix Indicator), and RI(Rank Indicator) to a PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared CHannel) region. CONSTITUTION: CQI/PMI information is encoded by using one channel encoder. The encoded CQI/PMI information is transmitted by using a plurality of layers. A part of layers are generated from the same code words. The code word, which generates layers, is selected from an MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) in case two or more code words exist on an uplink signaling.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for communicating cooperatively using network coding in an uplink system comprised of a multiple relay device are provided to code and transmit transmission signals which need retransmission through a selected relay device among relay devices, thereby maximizing a diversity gain and facilitating adaptive communication due to a network change. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(113) receives a plurality of transmission signals from a plurality of transmitters(101). A request receiving unit(115) receives retransmission requests about some among the transmission signals. A transmitting unit(117) codes some transmission signals corresponding to the retransmission requests through a network and transmits the coded signals to a receiver.

A user terminal and a method thereof for providing a service through handover are provided to maintain the quality of end-to-end service and to reduce the help of network in uplink layer. A service quality manager(220) determines the service quality customer satisfaction measurement of a service flow. A sequence manager(230) combines a service flow providing the same service transmitted through multi-path for handover. A handover manager(240) selects handover access network performing handover. When the handover manager provides the service through multi-path, the service flow satisfying a handover completion condition is connected.

An organization element choice unit(3203) determines the communications system component according to the wireless communications network. A component arrangement positioning unit(3205) determines the arrangement position of element according to the set up information. A wireless communication system performing cooperation diversity using cyclic delay and method are provided to perform cooperation diversity using cyclic delay of mobile terminal on the wireless communication system. A wireless telecommunications system which performs the cooperation diversity using cyclic delay comprises a data transmission part, error detection result receiver, and data retransmission part. Each data is transmitted to at least one relay terminal device and receiving terminal device. The error detection result is received from the relay terminal device detecting the error of data among one or more relay terminal device.
