Abstract: PURPOSE: A peptide compound for detecting or suppressing avian influenza virus is provided to ensure easy synthesis and maintenance and to have strong binding force to H5 protein. CONSTITUTION: An agent for capturing and suppressing AI virus contains a compound of chemical formula 1. The agent for capturing and suppressing AI virus binds to H5 protein of AI virus. The AI virus is detected by contacting the compound of chemical formula 1 with a sample. A method for contacting the compound of chemical formula 1 with the sample comprises: a step of fixing the compound of chemical formula 1 or sample on a substrate surface; a step of contacting the compound of chemical formula 1 or the sample; a step of fixing the compound of chemical formula 1 on the surface of the substrate; and a step of contacting a capture material with a marker.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing a substrate pattern of biosensor is provided to reduce production cost and enhance fixation efficiency of biomass. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a pattern of biosensor substrate comprises: a step of depositing silicon oxide film on a substrate; a step of forming polyethyleneimine layer on the silicon oxide film layer; a step of selectively masking a site to fix a biomass; and a step of irradiating the substrate with UV ray.

Abstract: A detection method of signal of multiple biomolecules is provided to obtain the effects of test sample safety, high reliability of data and signal amplification of sample having minute amount using a photodegradable oligomer. A method for detecting a signal of multiple biomolecule comprises: a step of catching a target biomolecule as a probe in a sample; a step of binding photodegradable oligomer for detecting target biomolecule and nano particle with target biomolecule; and a step of lysing the binding site between nano particle and photodegradable oligomer and detecting the signal to the oligomer; The photodegradable oligomer is different from each other in the length and sequence with the target biomolecule.
