Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method capable of providing continuity of multicast service are provided to minimize cut of the multicast service when inter-cell occurs on a sleep mode terminal receiving the multicast service. CONSTITUTION: A wireless bearer information receiver unit(310) periodically receives the wireless bearer information about the multicast service from the source base station and stores it. If the hand over occurs among the reception of the multicast service packet, a service support decision unit(320) decides the multicast service support of a target base station. In case the target base transceiver station supports the multicast service, a wireless bearer information setting unit(330) sets the wireless bearer information about the recently received multicast service.

고속 핸드오버를 구현하기 위해 액세스 라우터들과 주고 받도록 정의된 메시지중 단말 식별자 정보 삽입이 요구되는 메시지에 네트워크 접근 식별자(NAI) 정보를 삽입하고, 상기 네트워크 접근 식별자(NAI) 정보 삽입된 서로 다른 속성의 메시지를 정의된 순서에 따라 PAR(Previous Access Router) 혹은 NAR(New Access Router)중 어느 하나로 선별 전송함을 특징으로 한다. 즉, 본 발명은 이종망간 고속 핸드오버를 구현하기 위해 일반적인 링크 계층 어드레스(LLA)를 이용하지 않고 모든 망에서 동일하게 구분 가능한 네트워크 접근 식별자(NAI) 정보를 단말 식별자로 사용하기 때문에, 이종망간 핸드오버에서도 고속 핸드오버를 구현할수 있게 되는 것이다.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for managing the mobility of a terminal based network are provided to recognize a link-local address for transmitting home network prefix information to a correspondent terminal even when an access link is a share type. A connection sensor(210) senses the connection state of a terminal by receiving a mobility management policy information as to a terminal(10). A terminal information acquiring unit(220) transmits the proxy binding update message of a terminal to a local anchor(40). A message transmitting unit(230) generates a router advertisement message including the home network prefix information, and a message transmitter transmits the router advertisement message to a link-local address of the terminal.

Abstract: 본 발명은 휴대 인터넷 시스템에서의 연결 관리 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법에서는 액세스 포인트(AP), 상기 AP에 연결되어 IP 라우팅 기능을 수행하는 패킷 액세스 라우터(PAR), 상기 PAR에 연결되며 액세스 단말(AT)의 홈 서버인 홈 에이전트(HA) 및 상기 AT에 대한 인증을 수행하는 AAA 서버를 포함하는 휴대 인터넷 시스템에서, AP와 PAR 사이 및 PAR와 PAR 사이에서 그 연결 상태에 따라 AP 또는 PAR의 노드 정보를 각각 전송하여 연결을 설정한다. 그 후, AP와 PAR의 상태 변경 또는 구동에 따라 인접한 노드로 대응되는 메시지를 전송하여 각 노드에 대한 연결 상태를 확인한다. 이러한 연결 상태 확인 후 인접한 노드로 감시 메시지를 전송하여 지속적인 연결 감시를 수행한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 각 노드 간의 연결 상태의 이상 유무를 지속적으로 감시함으로써 시스템 관리자가 이상 유무를 모니터링 할 수 있고, 또한, 비주기적으로 상태 감시를 수행함으로써, 시스템 관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling a session in a diameter-based mobile Internet protocol network is provided to use session information including a session ID(IDentication) as an indicator of a diameter session and a session state of a subscriber for processing a message stably and process a request for setting and canceling the session according to an address request type of a visitor subscriber/a home subscriber. CONSTITUTION: When starting, a diameter server initializes session information and stores each session state as an idle state(301). After the initialization of the session information, a socket is produced for exchanging information with connected opponents' nodes(302). Thereafter, information on agents connected to the diameter server is collected(303). After waiting messages transmitted from opponent system information, kinds of messages capable of being received by the diameter server are discriminated(304). According to kinds of messages which can be received, diameter messages, AMR(AA-Mobile-Node-Request) message, AMA(AA-Mobile-Node-Answer) message, HAR(Home-Agent-MIP-Request) message, HAR(Home-Agent-MIP-Request) message, HAA(Home-Agent-MIP-Answer) message, STR(Session-Termination-Request) message, STA(Session-Termination-Answer) message, and STI(Session-Termination-Ind) message for applying a mobile IP(Internet Protocol) are processed respectively(305-311).
