본발명은재조합플라스미드벡터, 재조합플라스미드벡터로형질전환된재조합균주및 이를이용한아라자임생산방법에관한것이다. 본발명을통해 ABC 트랜스포터를이용하여아라자임을효율적으로수득할수 있으며, 원균주의체외로아라자임이배출되므로별도로원균주를분쇄하지않고아라자임을수득할수 있어, 매우경제적이며수득률도높아아라자임의대량생산에유용하게사용될수 있다.

본 발명은 1,3-프로판디올 생성 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 1,3-프로판디올의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 글리세롤 디하이드라타아제(glycerol dehydratase; DhaB) 효소 및 1,3-프로판디올 디하이드로지네이즈(dehydrogenase; DhaT) 효소를 인코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 발현 벡터를 1,3-프로판디올 생성능이 결여된 균주에 형질전환시켜 제조한 1,3-프로판디올 생산용 재조합 미생물에 관한 것으로, 상기 재조합 미생물을 글리세롤을 함유한 배지에서 배양할 경우 1,3-프로판디올 대량생산 산업화 기술 개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing various aminophenol derivatives by using a hydroxylaminobenzene mutase having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 6 separated from metagenome. The method of the present invention is able to be usefully applied for manufacturing various aminophenol derivatives capable of being used as medical intermediates, various functional chemical materials or intermediates.

본 발명은 분리막을 이용한 당용액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 표면 하전을 줄이기 위하여 폴리아미드 나노여과막을 개질한 뒤 상기 개질된 폴리아미드 나노여과막을 이용하여 당 수용액을 여과시킴으로써 발효 저해물질을 제거하고 정제 당용액을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a reconstituted tobacco sheet containing nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) and a method for manufacturing the reconstituted tobacco sheet, comprising an adding step of adding the NFC. According to the present invention, provided can be a novel reconstituted tobacco sheet which has enhanced strength and hardness and eventually increased filing capacity by substituting for the existing polymer electrolyte based paper strengthening agent; and a method for manufacturing the same.

본 발명은 재조합 대장균 균주를 이용한 글루코스(glucose)로부터 감마-아미노부틸산(gamma-aminobutyric acid; GABA)의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 글루코스로부터 GABA 전환 생산능이 있는 것으로 확인된 재조합 대장균 균주, 또는 상기 균주에 숙시닉세미알데하이드 디하이드로게네이즈(succinicsemialdehyde dehydrogenase; SucD) 및 GABA 아미노트란스퍼레이즈(4-aminobutyrate aminotransferase; GabT)를 형질전환하여 제조한 재조합 균주에 의해 글루코스로부터 GABA를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 상기 재조합 대장균 균주는 글루코스로부터 GABA로의 전환 생산능이 있으므로, 상기 방법은 GABA 생산기술에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A reverse osmosis composite membrane, which can be efficiently used for a seawater desalination process because of improved permeability and salt removal rate, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A reverse osmosis composite membrane comprises a porous support and an active layer formed on the surface of pores in the porous support. The active layer comprises polyamide-based or polyester-based polymer which is cross-linked with carbon nanotubes (CNT). A method for manufacturing the reverse osmosis composite membrane comprises the steps of: reforming CNT in order to introduce -COCl groups on the surface of the CNT; and forming a polyamide-based or polyester-based active layer in which the CNT is cross-linked with the surfaces of pores in a porous support by mixing the reformed CNT with aromatic poly (acyl halide) and generating an interfacial polymerization of the resultant product with an aromatic polyamine solution or an aromatic polyalcohol solution on the porous support.
