Abstract: A PCB assembly having plural fixed terminals is provided to connect terminals to holes formed on a holder, thereby minimizing the number of holes in a PCB and securing an effective mounting area for an electric device relatively and greatly. A pin fixing hole(33) is penetrated through a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(32). A block-shaped holder(40) has a guide pin(44) inserted to the pin fixing hole and has plural through holes to which terminals(45) are penetrated. Plural terminals are inserted to the through hole of the holder and are extended backward. An end part of the terminals is positioned toward the rear of the PCB and is curved to be parallel with the PCB. A PCB connection portion is comprised of the curved end part of the terminals. The holder is fixed on the PCB in a state that the terminals is inserted and supported to/by the holder.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A door glass grip of a vehicle is provided to prevent wind noise from the gap of a door inside weather strip by contacting the door inside weather strip to a door glass with the door glass grip in lifting up the door glass completely. CONSTITUTION: A door glass(11) is installed between a door inside weather strip(13) and a door outside weather strip(14), and connected to a door module guide channel(12) by a door glass grip(20). An elastic supporting piece is integrally formed in the door glass grip for the door inside weather strip. The end of the elastic supporting piece is bent to contact the door inside weather strip to the door glass by pushing a door trim(15) for the door glass. Sealing efficiency is improved by contacting the door inside weather strip to the door glass in lifting up the door glass completely. Inflow of noise is shut off by preventing lifting of the door inside weather strip.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a door trim in a vehicle is provided to assemble an inner panel of a door with a door trim firmly by fitting a sill of the door trim to a sill fixing groove of a mounting bolt, and to improve the appearance and the quality by combining the inner panel with the door trim cleanly. CONSTITUTION: A fitting part(44) is formed in a door trim(32), and a sill(34) is formed in the end of the fitting part. A hexagonal nut part(42) and a sill fixing groove(40) are formed in a mounting bolt(36) to assemble the door trim with an inner panel(30) of a door. The sill of the door trim is combined with the sill fixing groove of the mounting bolt through the inner door panel. The force of the fitting part operates inward by the elasticity in fitting the sill to the sill fixing groove. Working efficiency is improved with assembling the inner panel with the door trim by the mounting bolt, and the assembling force is increased with fitting the sill of the door trim to the sill fixing groove of the mounting bolt. The door trim is replaced conveniently with disassembling the door trim from the inner panel in breaking the door trim.
