    Abstract: PURPOSE: A non-toxic polyvinyl chloride synthetic resin composition is provided to obtain safety to human body as well as excellent moldability, shape stability and durability of the final product. CONSTITUTION: The non-toxic polyvinyl chloride synthetic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride and 10 to 310 parts by weight of trimethyl propanol plasticizers. The composition further comprises 1-10 parts by weight of nontoxic stabilizer and 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of pigments. The materials known to be harmful to human bodies such as diethylhexyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, diisodecyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, dioctyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, cadmium, lead and mercury cannot be detected in the composition.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyolefin resin composition for the wheel cover of a car is provided, which has the strength, the impact strength, the heat resistance and the hardness applicable to the wheel cover of a car and the improved coating property and does not generate the projection in the weld line generation part. CONSTITUTION: The polyolefin resin composition comprises 40-75 wt% of a super high crystalline olefin-based resin; 3-25 wt% of a polyolefin-based elastomer; and 5-30 wt% of an inorganic filler. Preferably the super high crystalline olefin-based resin has a melt index of 10-80 g/10 min and the isotactic peptide fraction of the homopolymer part of 96% or more, and is a copolymer the α-olefin selected from isotactic polypropylene, propylene-ethylene copolymer, propylene-1-butene copolymer, propylene-1-hexene copolymer and propylene-4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer, and propylene; a random copolymer; or their mixture.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A semi-rigid olefine based resin composition is provided to enhance formability and coating property at injection molding of bulk products as well as to significantly increase impact-resistance, heat-resistance and bending elasticity by comprising ethylene-propylene copolymers having different rubber contents as the primary components and adding other modified resin and additives. CONSTITUTION: The semi-rigid olefine based resin composition comprises 18-22 wt.% of ethylene-propylene copolymer containing 7-12 wt.% of ethylene-propylene rubber; and 50-60 wt.% of ethylene-propylene copolymer containing 20-30 wt.% of ethylene- propylene rubber. The composition further includes 10-20 wt.% of ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer rubber, 0-5 wt.% of talc, 1-2 wt.% of modified resin and 0.1-1.0 wt.% of additives. The ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer rubber is ethylene-propylene rubber containing 25-45 wt.% of propylene and having 0.5-3g/10min.(230 deg.C.) of the melt index. The modified maleic anhydride is grafted ethylene-propylene rubber or ethylene-2-hydroxy ethylmethacrylate copolymer.

The shock resistant rubber is mainly made of ethylene-propylene- diene terpolymer, and 15 to 20wt% of ethylene acetate vinyl is added for improvement of adhesion of the surface of a center core(11) made of the recycled material. As the ethylene acetate vinyl has a gas barrier, adhesion increase of the center core to the coating film is realized.
