The balance cover is coupled to the balance weight and forms the uniform outline of the balance shaft. The balance cover is composed of an empty shell structure. Fixing grooves are formed in the balance weight. Fixing protrusions are formed in the balance covers and are inserted into the fixing grooves of the balance weight.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A door switch of a vehicle is provided to improve appearance by covering a door switch even when a door is opened, to reduce the production cost by excluding a cover and reducing the number of components and assembling processes, and to prevent malfunction or failure by making a door switch operated regardless of the installation state of the door. CONSTITUTION: A door switch of a vehicle comprises a door switch lower cover, a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(22), a pair of wires, a door switch upper cover, and a terminal(25). The door switch upper cover is combined to the front end of a latch pin(13) penetrating through a door latch(14) and a latch body. When a door is opened or closed, the door switch upper cover rotate by centering on the latch pin with the door latch. The terminal is elastically installed on the inner face of the door switch upper cover. Both ends of the terminal selectively contact to communicating units(22c,22d) and an insulating unit(22e) of the PCB to connect or disconnect a circuit. When the door is opened, an alarm unit is operated by the connection of the circuit. The door switch is installed in a door latch assembly. Therefore, the door switch is not exposed even when the door is opened.

An alarm is operated with contacting a moving electrode plate(12) to a fixed electrode plate(13), and the opening state of the door is detected with actuating the door switch. The appearance is improved with installing the door switch in the door latch assembly, and expenses are reduced with decreasing process.
