Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel leak control device of an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Gas Injection) engine is provided to reduce the leak of fuel through an injector by preventing the fuel pressure from excessively rising after turning off the engine. CONSTITUTION: A fuel leak control device of an LPI engine is composed of a first fuel line(210) for guiding the flows of fuel supplied to the LPI engine to the driving of a fuel pump(200) and returned to the fuel pump through the LPI engine; a fuel pressure regulating unit(220) mounted to the first fuel line to regulate the fuel pressure of the first fuel line; a second fuel line(230) for bypassing the fuel supplied to the fuel pressure regulating unit to the fuel pump by connecting front and rear parts of the fuel pressure regulating unit, separately from the first fuel line; a key switch(240) electrically connected with a power source to intermit the starting of the engine to switching states; a control unit(250) for analyzing a signal input from the key switch and generating a bypass line opening and closing control signal to intermit the flow of the fuel bypassed to the fuel pump to the switching states of the key switch; and a valve opening and closing drive unit(260) installed to the second fuel line and driven to the input of the bypass line opening and closing control signal supplied from the control unit to intermit the flow of fuel bypassed to the fuel pump through the second fuel line.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and method for rescuing passengers in a vehicle are provided to check the accidents and to order a rescue through the comparison of the number of passengers. CONSTITUTION: In starting an engine, thermal infrared images of the indoor of a vehicle and passengers are photographed and stored. In detecting the operation of an airbag, the stored thermal infrared image, the position of the vehicle and registration information are transmitted to a center through a radio communication(S106). In receiving a response command from the center, the increase of the number of passengers is checked by photographing the thermal infrared images of the indoor of the vehicle and the passengers are photographed(S108). In deciding as the increase of the number, a rescue command is performed. Thereby, a life is saved quickly and stably and a runaway accident is prevented previously.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A releasing alarm of a seat belt and a control method thereof are provided to devise the safe driving by installing a thermal infrared camera in a roof panel of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A thermal infrared camera(10) photographs a passenger's physical size by installing on a roof panel and to show in a frame by calculating the photographed data through an image processing unit(11). A sensor device(12) detects a child's fastened state of a seat belt. A control device(13) receives a detecting signal from the sensor device and decides the operating of an alarming device(14) after comparing and deciding the passenger's physical size data. The alarming device alarms the releasing of the seat belt by receiving an input signal from the control device. Thereby, a safe driving is devised by automatically detecting the child's fastening state of the seat belt.
