30은 로킹수단으로서, 상기 로킹수단(30)은 상기 베젤(1)의 핀(23) 주위에 호상의 로크판(31)을 일체로 형성하여 측면에 제 1 걸림턱(32)을 형성하고, 상기 지지판(22)의 외주면 내측에 판스프링(34)의 일단을 고정하여 자유단이 상기 로크판(31)의 측면을 따라 이동하면서 댐퍼(6)가 리테이너(2)를 폐쇄할 때에 제 1 걸림턱(32)에 로킹되도록 한 것이다.
