Abstract: 본 발명은 리저버 탱크에 관한 것으로, 투명한 재질로 형성되면서 내부에 수용공간을 형성하기 위해 원통형상을 한 대직경부와, 이 대직경부보다 직경이 작게 형성된 원통형상의 소직경부, 이 소직경부와 상기 대직경부를 일체로 이어주는 원추형상의 연결부 및, 상기 소직경부보다 작은 직경으로 형성된 개폐뚜껑을 구비하여, 한정된 공간내에서 다른 부품들과 인접하게 배치되어 그 측면을 통해 탱크 내부의 잔류 액체의 양을 판별할 수 없는 경우에 탱크의 상부에서 육안으로 용이하게 탱크 내부의 오일과 같은 액체의 잔류량을 용이하게 판별할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring an amount of deformation for a cylinder head is provided to easily test an endurance of the cylinder head by mounting the cylinder head on a dummy type surface plate. CONSTITUTION: Pressure identical to pressure generated when an engine is operated is applied to a cylinder head(12) so as to detect an amount of deformation caused by cracks created from a surface of the cylinder head(12). A deformation measuring apparatus for the cylinder head(12) includes a dummy block(14) acting as a cylinder block of the engine, a pressure creating/feeding section(16) for feeding pressure about 170bar to the dummy block(14), a deformation detecting section(18) for detecting deformation of the cylinder head(12), and a data analyzing section(20) for detecting weak point of the cylinder head(12) by recording and analyzing deformation of the cylinder head(12).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An injector sealing structure of a diesel engine is provided to prevent failure of engine by improving oil and gas sealing performance, while simplifying configuration by reducing parts count. CONSTITUTION: A gasket(50) is inserted into an insertion hole(21) formed at a cylinder head(20), and an injector(10) is inserted into the gasket. The gap formed between the injector and the cylinder head is sealed by the gasket. The gasket includes a horizontal portion(51) having a hole for penetration of a nozzle(11) of the injector; and a vertical portion(52) formed at the outline of the horizontal portion. The horizontal portion seals the gap formed between the injector and the bottom surface of the insertion hole of the cylinder head. The vertical portion seals the gap formed between the injector and the vertical surface of the insertion hole of the cylinder head.
