Abstract: An occupation classification sensor fixing method of an airbag system for a vehicle and a fixing structure thereof are provided to attach an occupation classification sensor to a cushion accurately, and to prevent the cushion from being damaged by fixing the cushion with a hook and double-faced tape. An occupation classification sensor fixing structure is composed of plural hook members(40) arranged at regular intervals and mounted in a cushion material(20), and an occupation classification sensor(10) composed of a lower supporting member(12) bonded to a side of a double-faced adhesive tape attached to release paper. The occupation classification sensor is placed in an upper part of the cushion material, and the hook member is temporarily fixed to the lower supporting member by pressing one side of the hook member. The release paper is separated from the double-faced adhesive tape, and the other side of the double-faced adhesive tape is bonded and fixed to the cushion material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure of an oil drain plug is provided to offer convenience to a worker by making the discharge of a necessary amount of oil easy through an oil nozzle prepared in a serve valve when an oil pan is over-charged with oil. CONSTITUTION: A bolt hole(22) with a separate thread is prepared inside the end of an oil drain plug(20). A serve valve(30) made from rubber is fitted in the bolt hole. An annular valve face(32) easily bending in one direction is formed on the middle portion of the serve valve in a protruded form. An oil nozzle(36) penetrates through the lengthwise middle portion of the serve valve to control the amount of the discharged oil when the oil reserved in an oil pan(10) is discharged.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An airbag device is provided to improve performance and safety, and to reduce manufacturing cost by implementing the function of the dual stage inflator with the single stage inflator. CONSTITUTION: A single stage inflator(10) is installed at one side space formed by an airbag housing(60). A plunger movement structure is located at the other space. Gas wall units(44,46,48) are integrally connected to the plunger movement structure. A ventilating hole(50) is formed at the airbag housing. The single stage inflator has a gas discharge housing(12). The plunger movement structure is coupled to the gas discharge housing, and includes piston units(32,34) having a plunger igniter(30), and a plunger unit mounted in the piston unit and moving by the ignition of the plunger igniter.
