Abstract: Disclosed is a pedestrian airbag comprising an upper cover which is fixed to the bottom of a hood, which has an internal space for an inflator and a cushion, which accepts the inflator in one internal side and the cushion connected to the inflator; a lower cover which is joined to the bottom of the upper cover to cover and support the inflator with the upper cover and which is completely separated from the upper cover when gas is supplied to the inflator to inflate the cushion; and a connection part of which one end is connected to the lower cover around an area in which the inflator is positioned and of which the other end is connected to the hood to fix the lower cover escaping from the upper cover to the hood when the cushion is inflated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle airbag door which prevents the opening/closing unit of the airbag door from colliding with other parts of a vehicle and guide the deployment direction of an inflating air bag. The airbag door according to an embodiment of the present invention couples to an airbag housing formed to accommodate an airbag and an inflator to configure an airbag module. The airbag door includes: an opening/closing unit which is opened by the inflation of the airbag; a support unit which surrounds the opening/closing unit, forms the upper plate of the air bag door with the opening/closing unit, and supports the airbag door on the vehicle body; and a door wall which forms a plate extending from the upper plate in the vertical direction. Abstract: The curtain air-bag prevention apparatus which sagging is provided to prevent the curtain air-bag from being deflected and to improve workability. The curtain air-bag prevention apparatus which sagging includes a mounting bracket(10) temporally mounted to an inner panel. Abstract: PURPOSE: An inflater for a dual stage air bag is provided to easily open a plug divider with little force when secondary pressurized gas is generated by placing a hinge towards the second ignition device through cutting a half of the plug divider. CONSTITUTION: First and second ignition devices(10a,10b) are installed at both ends of an inflater. The first and second ignition devices(10a,10b) oxidize first and second gas agent(16a,16b). When the first and second gas agent(16a,16b) are oxidized by the first and second ignition devices(10a,10b), first and second propelling devices(11a,11b) push pressurized gas to an exterior. The first and second gas agent(16a,16b) are divided by a plug divider(12a). The plug divider(12a) pushes a spring(15) when secondary gas is generated so as to provide a route for discharging gas. Pressurized gas generated from the first and second gas agent(16a,16b) is filtered by a filter(13). A discharging port(14) is formed for filling pressurized gas in an air bag cushion.
